Great response Marty! 65 ‘Metallica’ pieces in your collection eh… that must make you a superfan surely, lol! I completely agree with you that ‘Obituary’ are still relevant! When I saw them live last year there was 3 generations of Metalheads in the audience… that says it all for me! Always good to see a video from you brother!🤘🏻

Excellent response, Marty. Nice Angel Witch shirt. I am still waiting for that latest Aquilus album from Amazon. The ep and first one turned up, but not the new one. Hippy Death Cult sound interesting. I picked up that Neuronspoiler album on vinyl, not had chance to spin it yet. 🤘🍻

what a great way to have Bonded By Blood added to your collection, vclt rules 🤘. I can see where you're coming from with Saxon, I do like that last album but the previous two were much better, while Scorpions I gave up on decades ago. Neuronspoiler killer! Great response Marty.

Nice job of the tag Marty. Yes i agree a lot of new albums by old legacy bands are very hit and miss. But there is always the chance they will be awesome. Tior is the name of the Riot mascot, and he is one of my favourite metal mascots as well. I hope they use him again on their new album. Nice Baphomet/Angel-Witch t-shirt.Cheers Mate🤘

Nice response Marty. Glad you're not tired of Bonded By Blood yet, hehe. Have not payed much attention to Saxon the last 35 years. But must say the latest video they released was a surprisingly good song. Agree on that Exodus album, gets pretty bored with it. And hell yeah, Obituary is still going strong, would actually rate the new record as my nr 3 in their discography. Your random pick was way better than mine, haha. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Cheers Roger, you could never get sick of Bonded ( cheers) I’m just tired of Saxon and a lot of the “older” bands just putting out average stuff Lots of Thrash albums are coming out at up on an hour and it’s much too long Obituary still kicking ass after all these years , fair play to them, yes I’d have it high up in their discography too Yeah I think I prefer Sadus to Pantera 😃 Cheers for Watching Roger , Appreciate it 🤘🍻

Great response Marty. I'm with you on an album lasting 35 minutes is better than an album that drags it's feet for an hour which would be better with a couple of songs removed from the final tracklist. Sometimes less is more. Great stuff mate

Excellent answers! I agree on Saxon/Scorpions, and many other legacy bands fit this too. I think it is hard for people to admit that their old favorites just aren't that good anymore. However, I'm sure I love many bands that people think should have hung it up in the 90s, haha. Cheers Marty!

I totally agree on Saxon. I've never been a big fan but when that album came out I thought I'd try it because I knew everyone would be getting it and it was just more pensioner rock. I have a real hard time with the bands I grew up with because it's time they all stopped especially live. Very dull live due to age. Good video mate.

Excellent response. I didn't notice any dragon on that cover :D Yeah, both Hadron covers are kinda odd. Still haven't picked up '72 Seasons'... I'll grab a 2nd hand CD when people get tired of it. I didn't see Scorpions and Saxon coming there :) I agree with you on Obituary. You just made me want to buy that album by The Cult :D

Great answers there Marty. Yeah Russ Tippins is a great shout, fantastic guitarists. Yes the new Metallica is far too long, finally got around to giving it a listen last month and it didn't justify the hype. Carpe Diem I find is a very good album, no filler on it.

Really enjoyable answers Marty. I didn’t buy Metallica just because it was so expensive and I feel like it would be an album I would gotten tired of, 50£ is insane! I feel like Saxon has been solid, but yeah Carpe Diem was not as good as their previous album. I still preordered the new one though, will see if I regret it. Hell I always thought the Riot mascot was some kind of sloth 😂. Cheers!

Good stuff Marty. It's odd with Saxon.... I prefer their more modern albums to their old classics. There are a couple from the 80's I like but I prefer to listen to their post 2000 stuff most of the time. But I know most folks tend to prefer their early stuff.
