This is exactly why i advised my wife to work with a metronome. She is doing a type course...Minimize the time to think and train the hand, eye coordination on automatic pilot. Nice to see a confirmation of my thoughts. By the way i just started learning to play bass and your videos are really helpful. Thanks!

Eureka! I think I just found the magic bullet for aging gray matter struggling more now to memorize a repertoire, than say twenty years ago....and its been right here on the desk for at least twenty-five years! Who wouldda thought...😕

That's pretty normal. As we age we trade mental and physical agility for experience. There are more learning strategies and tips to come.
