This is a beautiful symmetrical modern contemporary design mansion. I like the front of the house design, usually, the front of modern design houses are ugly or boring. I like the wooden front door and the painting in the entrance. I would have probably a sculpture. I like the living room and the view of the pool and sea. I like the TV room with the painting of the bubble gum woman. I like the dining room with the nice chandelier. The white natural stone island kitchen is awesome. I like the guest bedrooms and the fact that they have a balcony. I like the master bedroom with the bed facing the glass wall. The projector TV doesn't block the view. I like the master bathroom. I like the big balcony of the mansion that goes across the back of the house. I like natural stone, I would replace the wood of the outside wall, the floor, and the shower with natural stone. This is one of the best designs and beautiful modern mansions I have ever seen. The mansion due to its location by the sea, design, and luxury deserves the $200,000 a month renting price.

Nice house find Jason! I love the high ceiling and circle mirror with lights in the first bathroom. I like how all bathrooms are black. I love the wood in the masters bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom shampoo area and above the the bed. I’m not sure how i feel about the masters door though. Cool, but idk lol! I don’t like the open living space. It makes everything look so crowded in my opinion. I liked the stone in the kitchen behind the stove! I loved the way the back of home look, the glass makes it look like a home you’d book in the islands. Overall, nice home!

Hey Jason. You’re a nice size fella and you look small standing next to the garage and the entrance into the home. The 1/2 bath on entry. Look at the ceiling height. 2 living areas. A pool bath. Door takes you right there 🙌🏼. Dining sits 12. I thought the kitchen was a bar. Seamless kitchen. Dual fridge and freezer. The cabinet for the stemware is amazing. Kitchen a little small but niccccce. Outdoor kitchen, dining, living, pool , lighted steps down to the dock. Wonder if the boat included in the rental? Elevator 🙌🏼. 2nd floor. Guest suites with en-suites and balconies. 🤣Yes Jason. The door to the primary does look like entry to another house. Oh. A projector. The primary is clean and crisp. Needs a woman’s touch. The en-suite is amazing. The tub and shower 😉. 👌. Another outdoor rooftop living. Great the elevator goes up there as there is no kitchen. Amazing home Jason. Thanks and see you next video.

How much would it be if this were for sale? 29.995mil? Neighboring house 10 w san marino dr which is around 6.000sqft was sold for 20mil later re sold for 23mil which was about the record for price per sqft in miami beach area. This is nearly 9.600sqft so This one is brand new too asking price would be around 29-35mil .

If you're paying 2.4M a year to rent this house, I'm guessing you're just paying off the owner's mortgage. The owner probably can't afford to pay off their mortgage so they decided to "rent out" their house. The house will go into foreclosure due to unpaid mortgage. By then, you can buy this house for a reasonable price.
