An investigation into Giza's massive and megalithic Middle Pyramid complex - is it possible that this was the FIRST pyramid built on the plateau, before the Great Pyramid? We dive into the history, details, and evidence for advanced ancient technology in these engimatic structures, including the Pyramid itself, the Mortuary and Valley Temple, the Causeway, and of course the Great Sphinx. We pose the question: did King Khafre really build all this - or was some of it inherited from earlier times?
Part 1 of a 2 part series, Part 2 coming soon!

I remember as a kid feeling like this world was so full of mystery. And then that sense of wonder was slowly drained out of me by the education system, media, modern culture in general. Ben, those large crazy-angled cut stones making up the floor around the pyramid are just insane! One frame my son and I were talking about has such crazy cuts making a triangular corner that's small in comparison to the huge bulk of the rest.... How in the crazy heck would even that be cut so precisely, moved so well, placed so perfectly, and planned to start without it being destroyed or damaged at any period of it's creation?!?!!? Crazy! If an architect told me to cut that in such hard stone I'd first tell him he's nuts and why he wouldn't want a safe, easily managed smaller rectangular block?!!? It just doesn't make any sense. Thanks for the high quality videos so that these details can be seen!

It's just a theory, a compelling one for sure, but not a certainty - there are some problems with his earthquake prediction model and his is pretty resistant to criticism and he isn't a scientist. However the role of the sun certainly has merit, but the idea of cyclical novas and the plasma universe needs a lot more evidence - and suspicious observers has a tendency to act like it's an actual fact. Just a word of caution to keep an open mind - I like his work but he goes a bit hard in the paint when there is any criticism.

I almost wish they had finished looting the casing stones atop of this pyramid. It's heart wrenching to see just a glimpse of what a masterpiece they were before the destruction and looting. Thank you for taking the time to make videos on so many of the things that tend to get overlooked in all other documentaries! Looking forward to seeing the videos from your trips this year!

Great upload Ben. I’ll add my basic thoughts here again primarily for the watchers/readers who haven’t seen them yet. In my opinion the pyramids/temples and Sphinx at Giza are at least 100,000 years old. Maybe even MUCH older. Essentially what I’m saying is that we (‘modern man’) had nothing to do with their creation. The theorising about ‘how’ they did it should be ‘why’ they did it. In my opinion it is very simple: They did what they did because they could, with ease, and no effort (or very little) on the part of the local ‘help’. In my opinion nearly everyone is looking in the wrong direction. Just my opinion.

their claims of the sphinx needing repair during the old kingdom is a claim of the amount of time the old kingdom existed. however that is only my interpretation, and it doesn't make sense to me. if it needed repair so shortly after it were constructed, then it would surely have crumbled to sand by current time

Thanks for your research. I have yet to step foot on the Giza plateau, but from all of my studies over the years I agree with your conclusions. The erosion, believed construction time frames and differences in fine details of the site do not make sense with the current forced history. I have always felt the site existed long prior to Khufu and Khafre, and although these rulers did in fact leave their mark, they only repaired and improved the complex for their own purposes. I look forward to visiting the site one day and hope to tour the area with someone who shares your insight. I feel a connection to the site that I am unable to explain, and hope one day I may gain a deeper understanding as to why.

This was the first pyramid of the group It's temple, the causeway & Valley Temple all predate the other major constructions: an ensemble. It had a different function to the 8-sided neighbour - in the whole of the pyramid field constituting "The Band of Peace", there were "strata" of pyramid functions, in addition to different eras of construction. *the "Khafre" structure was not built by him AND until recent times, held the name "Great" - I have not found why/when the title was given over to the one currently attributed the title. Enjoy your presentations - keep them coming !! Hakini Hakini !

I’m amazed at how ridiculous traditional academics are when we even suggest that these where not built as tombs and they seem far older and more advanced than the old, silly and highly unlikely story they have been feeding us. Keep up your work, the truth is out there and current independent researchers like you are getting closer to solving the greatest mystery of all time!👽

Awesome video! There aren't enough video's out there on the Middle Pyramid, the Great Pyramid steals all the glory :) What I find incredibly fascinating is that all of these diorite statues and massive granite statues are not carvings of Pharaohs, but are carvings of what must have been real ancient rulers more than 12,000 years ago. So if that diorite statue is NOT a carving of Khafre, then who WAS IT?? And I'm curious...did they re-carve the Sphinx to look like this statue? If you look at a picture of the Kahfre enthroned next to a picture of the Sphinx, the headress and face look remarkably close. But then...did the Egyptians make smaller, simpler carvings of Kahfre...? It would be interesting to see a carving of Kahfre from the actual Old Dynasty and compare it to the diorite statute, and see if they look different or similar. Did Kahfre appropriate the image of the statue and demand all carvings of him be made in a similar fashion? Also....why the heck would such a beautiful statue be buried in a pit, and not displayed on some pedestal in the Temple? So many mysteries!! Thanks for making this awesome video Ben, looking forward to part 2!

All information held from others is powerful, on any topic. You're right and the idea is to breed dependence on trusted sources which used to be trustworthy and their former legitimacy has been co-opted now to spread lies or misdirection. People see them as THE sources for information, beyond question due to track record.
