Great news, then. You can use MIDI pitch bend for over 2 million pitches! (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aHPGlKuNoLqal7c).

@@SimonHutchinson I've already seen that other video. It helped me a lot, thanks! The two milion pitches you're speakig about are in monophnic settig I guess, or up to 16 voices using midi chanells? What if I'm in need of having a 256 or 512 tones the octave and playng them in a more then 16 voices polyphony? Maybe MTS can help or the midi 2.0 protocol. Thaks for your reply
