Wow great sound in this one. Before I ran out of money and had to sell mine, I used to ride around the Texas hill country in NW San Antonio on the wr250r. I loved blasting around that loose rocky terrain with the rpm’s between 6 and 9k (just a guess). Sick bike.

Good luck with yours. They are reliable bikes so you got many miles to upgrade.

I would put this and the KTM 690 in a category of their own. They are the ultimate unicorn dual sport bikes. Good offroad but not the best. Good on the road but not the best. But they do both of those things amazingly good 👌

Tnx, Brian , what tires do you recommend for 50/50 hard road/trails use ?

The dunlop D606 tires have served me well off road and are pretty durable on road as well. They only time they are bad is on wet pavement. They are pretty sketchy on wet asphalt. I run about 15-17 psi rear/front.
