How can we take this documentary seriously when it starts by saying that sharia is an extremist interpretation of Islam? 😂😂😂Shariah means "way" or "path". It is the compilations of all religious rules, requirements and norms for any practicing Muslim. It has nothing to do with extremism or violence. How to wash before prayer is sharia. Hygiene norms are sharia. The way you pray is sharia. How you give charity is sharia. How you must behave towards others is sharia. When you want to document something in an honest, objective manner, inform yourself before recording anything. You are misinterpreting what you are seeing and you are deceiving your public, all because you are ignorant. That is not serious reporting.

I think in any organised social system like religion an individual or intellectuals group can not take law in hand even if one believes that someone is violating law so they have a right to punish them but go to the system of courts to solve the problem but in lal mosque case these religious people started implementing their own will. Another thing what is Islam, few books and few scholars views are forced into public minds and then use them as their force to rule community. I believe that religion should be totally private matter and governments should be secular and no one should be allowed to impose their views on others. To be honest no religion or knowledge literature can be generated without knowledge already worked out by other humanity collective wisdom. These people just copy paste their views and put their own name as a genuine devine thing and then rule societies as their personal economic factories. Religious government could never do justice without suppressing other members of community with different views. Look at our history of Islam there was never peace from Day one and there have been constant environment of terror, suppression and mutual conflicts among different scholars even sahabs. To be honest a free open mind is much better than member of any kind of spiritual group because their track record has never been good. Humanity is in good hands globally because information resources are easy to access as compared to previous spiritual or religious governments eras in human history where opposite views books were burnt on regular basis.
