Nuclear subs are pretty much the ultimate defensive weapon in the world but turn it I to a drone and you possibly have a weapon that can hide anywhere and deploy warheads at will. But I don't think it'd be nuclear bombs it will use all the time it's gonna be a different type of weapons platform.multiple warheads for different types of targets . .

There was a novel I had it was about a US military project that made an underwater submarine in the shape of a manta ray and the warfare software was controlled by an AI. The sub was hijacked by one of its creators and a team of terrorists from India and Indonesia. It sunk the fifth fleet and they were planning on hitting the US and Iran at the same time to show who was really responsible. It was a cool idea at the time. Now it’s just scary.

It is referring to the gliding effect the hull shape is optimised for. In the same way that the large gliding seabirds take advantage of the wind to fly without spending much energy. They can go for days without "flapping" their wings, because they alter the wing shape and wing attitude to the wind, and "harvest" the energy they need to stay aloft.
@richardcox8409

no its been around for a while, a couple ways to do it, "Salt water can produce electricity to light a lightbulb through a process called electrolysis" and "osmotic energy which uses the salt concentrated in seawater to produce electricity . The key element of this technology is a semi-permeable, double-sided membrane that lets water through but captures mineral salts. The membrane is in contact with freshwater on one side and seawater on the other" to quote a google search......I used my dads car battery charger to power my electrolysis project for my grade 7 science fair and Im 59 now

Water isn't air. It doesn't glide . There is no lift. Maybe it came drift with the current like everything else .
@uncletiggermclaren7592
@uncletiggermclaren7592 Ай бұрын
@@edwardhanna86 Hahaha. No, you don't have that right. The air and the water obey the very same principles, look up "fluid dynamics" and read about it. A penguin can't "fly" in the air because his wings are too short to support his body weight. But they do "fly" under the water exactly the same as a bird does in the air, because their weight is supported more by the water. And a fish like a flounder, or a halibut, and even a seahorse, does glide just like an albatross. They flap their wings to get going, then they glide along through the water.

I just left a comment about this, about the Stealth jet. I grew up in EP, near Ft Bliss. They had done nightly tests, years before it was actually revealed. They would completely deny new tech. It wasn't until it was "needed", they said it was "brand new", only in development for like 2 years, but out more. I have military fam that told my dad about it, basically not to "freak out", if we saw or heard anything in the sky. I used to sit at my window and watch them. No lights, completely silent, stopping, pausing, reversing and BOOM. All kinds of people were calling the news stations claiming aliens 😂

The crazy part is that social programs like medicare, medicaid, ebt, and forgeign aid make up FAR more of the budget than defense spending. The military does stuff like this and has 1/4 (or less) the budget of the rest. Yet the other programs are terrible. Almost like throwing money at problems isn't a viable solution. But making people believe "if we just had more money, we could solve this problem" has worked like a charm for them. They have no intention of solving problems that make them more money unsolved.

Magnetize it. If the outer shell is stainless steel or something else magnetic if you put a thin lining underneath it of a non ferrous metal to prevent electronics from getting fried than you could switch on the juice and electrify it, killing the sea life that attaches and potentially killing the oxidizing which is potentially a life form itself. Rust is the process of water breaking down metal which allows for the minerals to be reincorporated into the environment thus feeding new life, so in essence it’s a life form. I dunno just a thought
