I think the best music has been made in the last decade. obviously nothing on the billboard but underground in the indie and folk scene. I love how rock and folk have evolved. grizzly bear,bon iver, iron and wine, arcade fire. It's brilliant music.

I remember playing in my 2 piece folk act about 10 years ago. After one of our set, the pop punk band we were opening for got on stage and the crowd just wasn't feeling it. They came for them but we changed the entire tone of the show. The singer kept making digs at us by referring to us as Simon and Garfunkel. Best compliments we ever got. :)

Saw them during the 2016 hillside festival in Guelf. They were the most amazing beautiful talented artist I have seen a long time reminding me of this kind of soulful music that I long forgot with talent, skill, and thoughtfullnes. Only two guys making this beautiful music and lyricism.

I totally agree They are legends in their own right. I've just been checking out Quinn Sullivan and everyone's saying when he grows up he'll be a legend...Mate he is now. I just wish people would stop putting The Milk Carton Kids in the same category as Simon And Garfunkel Yes they have a same format - acoustic guitars and resounding, crystal clear, haunting beautiful vocals but very much their own style I can't get enough of them. I got on to their website and bought all of their CDs. Another "different" talent that I've just discovered is Brother Dege - check him out ;)
