I did a bit of digging and Leo and his family live in the tower block Walford Towers. In 2017 when the Taylors arrive they reference being moved from Walford Towers to the square Also, the actress who played Leos mum also played the role of Lorna in the 90s, and then went on to play a totally different character, Julia.
