@@Souljaxlthere is a huge difference between funding the creation of a medicine, and funding the study that is supposed to verify that medicine actually does what you say it does. Author bias is a thing, even when trying to interpret data. If you go in looking for a specific result, you’re more likely to find evidence of that result, and dismiss evidence against it as flawed; also known as confirmation bias. This is the reason that independent peer reviewed studies are the gold standard in science, independent being the keyword.

Scientific journals or research papers in India are all written in English, so in reality no such journal or research paper with that subject would exist in Hindi. Also, in that cover apart from the title of the journal and place, every other word is gibberish. Point is that journal to an Indian would look like a streetside low quality magazine. Everytime I see some American series or movie showing an Indian doing something on pure Hindi(like that Hindi nuclear launch GUI in GI Joe 2 movie), I just roll my eyes, they think we do things in India like Chinese or Russians or French or Japanese, but in reality almost every serious thing is done in English.

If you know your phlebotomy, you don't need to loosen the tourniquet if you tighten it just enough to perk up the vein or artery. As someone who has to get tested every 3 months, the clinic nurses vary in their skills. The best are as quick and painless as tourniquet on, find it, in, bish bash bosh, and out, staunch the bleed with a dressing and off. Done.

We don't publish Medical Articles in Hindi. Lol.😂 Translation of the Journal The title reads "Masthiska Viknjaan". Translates to "Brain Knowledge" , they probably meant Neurology. Place : " Noothan Dilly"- New Delhi. Everything else is Gibberish. The article is just "Widgaku3gsnalhebdkoeheb" written in the Devanagiri script. Its not any particular language. Complete gibberish.

@JayasuryaKanukurthy Mashthishk is not Neuro. Masthishk is Brain in Sanskrit. Neuro translates to "Naadi". Viknjaan is not Science. ( Shaastra is Science). "Naadi Shaasthra" is Neuroscience. Also Called "Tantrika Shaasthra" Masthishk Vilkaan is "Brain Knowledge", which you can roughly translate to Brain Science in modern Hindi. But not Neuroscience.

Was gonna say, as Hindutva as India is, even the most nationalistic factions of the Indian medical establishment wouldn't be so insane as to have significant medical research published only in Hindi. Maybe some niche ayurvedic medicine journals perhaps, but even ayurvedic medicine has practitioners outside India who don't really know Hindi or other Indian languages, and really only know the words as they relate to ayurvedic medicine, so it would behoove those journals to publish in English as well. Sure, it is the colonizer's language, but there's hundreds of languages and dialects in the country, so English is the only one that really unifies the place at this point

He doesn't actually say why it's a breakthrough either. He hasn't got time to go into all the maths. Yeah, because it was wrong and he fudged the results and hid them in a foreign language. If the figures were wrong, the results and conclusions were wrong.
@bartudundar3193
@bartudundar3193 3 ай бұрын
The study was recent and not reviewed well. The reason why its being criticised as "obscure" is because if you publish this on a well known paper and others check your work, they may find flaws and thus disprove your "theory". House is basically calling him out on pulling a smoke show and calling it a breakthrough. When you want to call something a breakthrough in medicine, like curing migraines (not treating them, completely curing them as this drug claims to do), you have to do insane amounts of testing to prove it at multiple labs. So House is actually completely in the right here as the results could be a fluke, forgery or tampered for all anyone knows. As a final note, the burden of proof here is not really on House. It is on Weber as the original author of the study who is making the claim.

Actually. It isn’t. His results were incorrect and by avoiding any issues he had it published outside of the US in a small foreign publishing company who probably aren’t as effective in fact checking and proof reading to first world countries. He could get away with falsifying his result and calling it a breakthrough…which in medical law is completely illegal.

I’m trying to get the only and new preventative injection that has been found, I have to see specialist as GPs don’t give it, I’ve already had one appointment cancelled my next is between Christmas’s and new year, I wonder if that will get cancelled. Any one with an invisible injury or condition gets the same prejudice, not that that fact is any comfort. There's a saying that is easier to judge than think, because think and empathy is hard. Literally. Neurologists have traced the extra amounts of glycogen that the brain demands when someone is thinking. So unfortunately our neurology makes us prefer heuristics or short cuts instead of reasoning things out. So, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing. That's why often, experience is the best teacher. Or as I like to phrase it when I'm feeling spicy, everyone sees things differently once reality kicks them from here to sunday next week. So that's the human condition. And people suffering from invisible disorders have to get by one day at a time. God bless you.
