While it was a hit for a while, ABC made the mistake of airing it too often, which would turn out to be its downfall in primetime. With me being a Canadian myself, I remember when two episodes were broadcast for Canadian audiences on CTV. It was hosted by Pamela Wallin. I think the highest level someone got on one of those shows was $64,000. I'm not sure how true it is, but I once heard something that there were originally plans to build a set in Toronto after the two that were done in New York. However, those plans were scrapped supposedly due to the waning popularity of the US show.
