Hai! Here's a full gameplay solo of The Mimic Book 2 Chapter 1 in nightmare mode. Sorry a cursor was stuck on my screen lol.

To complete: You would be teleported into a city.Then find the office(the light yellow door on your left)then find the key( on the table near the door) Once u did that u would be teleport into a Minka.Go find the book across the rooms and u would eventually stumble one. Then it will show the mission that u need to have 3 poison rats. This is where the monster appears,find the 3 rats across the map( u can only hold 1 each time) then find the garden( which is near the bell) u will see a well use it and the rat will be poisoned. After that go to the bell and ring it. You would need to do this 3 times. After that the main monster in that place will get angry and will chase you.(Futaukuchi chase)You will run with all your boost and open the doors quickly and dodge all obstacles. You would be teleported into another place once u reached to the end. This is where you would need to be sneaky. Go all to the end of the corridor and u will stairs. Go on it and u would reach and see a kind of bridge,grass,and rocks.This is where the giant serpent appears.You will need to hide in the grass and behind the rocks.The serpent will have a look at the grass and the rocks and go back down,this is when u run to the other side.Hide in the grass at the other side, the serpent will rise up and look at the grass again. Take a close look at her, once she looks at your side and looks to the other one. Make a quick rush to the bone bridge. You will be teleported into the serpent’s den.You will walk and once the objective appears and says run. Use all your stamina and run to the end.Now you have arrived to the 3rd part( the paintings)Go find the Old Man Keneo( the red man sitting at the river) he will tell you to find the Seishin orb, and kurobozu appears.Now you will go into 5 each houses. 5 of them are accessable and have 5 paintings and u must remember each of them and there are some angels will point at it.Then there is a house where the long neck woman is in. She wont kill you unless u fail to paint a symbol. If u paint it correctly, a painting appears. Then a house will gives you the key to unlock the 6th house.Then go into the 6th house and there is a blind witch. Solve the puzzle by litting up the candles near the pictures u have memorized them. After u did that the seishin orb will appear . Take it and bring it to Keneo. Now u have arrived to the 4th part.The candle litting part. There are 3 floors, upper middle lower. The middle is ez which u have to ankle break to blob monster and lit the candle in the hallway( remember to fill oxygen if its low)the upper one is a bit tough where the monster is fast.But there are tables to hide under. The lower one annoys u which the candles are hard to lit. The lower contains 5 candles. The middle contains 1. The upper contains 3.There are 3 phases. I phase needs to lit 2-3 candles Phase II contains 4-5 candles Phase III contains 7-8 candles Once u finished all 3 phases. The monster at the lower floor will chase u in a vent. He eventually catch u and drag u to the depths of deep sea. You will woke up at a deep sea like Atlantis and once u walk all the way down and entering the cave. The true and main antagonist of Book II and one of the 4 beasts that rampaged the Earth and got sealed by Kusunoki, Enzukai. Is seen to be sealed by a few chains and glances at you with a evil look. You have successfully win chapter 1 book 2

I never thought i would solo’d this.I would deem this impossible until my friend challenged me. The rat part was going good and so was the paintings. The hard came at the candles. You have to be super careful with the upper floor and the lower. The upper is much faster than you and he will knock you in an instant. The lower one is a bit tough as the candles and the hiding spots are very far away.He also camps a lot so yes. The lower one is much harder as he does not go in a pattern or maybe he does. The upper one is much easier if u sneak carefully under the tables and the tables are much nearer to get to.I was going to lit the final candles in phase 3 the half head monster was 3 step away from me. Pure luck he got lagged and i lit the candle in time.

tip for the phases, these r my ways of doing phases btw: Phase I: Light the blob monster floor candle then go upper floor and light the candle upstairs in the white coated monster Phase II: RELIGHT the upstairs candle again then slowly crouch down to avoid luring monsters then run back to the lift and relight Blob monster candle. ONCE UR IN THE BLOB MONSTER FLOOR, GO TO THE BOTTOM FLOOR. Once the guy with eyes on his hands goes far right, crouch slowly and light the candle nearest to ur left then if he doesnt come towards you, u either risk to run to the nearest table on the right to hide or reset his AI by luring him to u in the elevator. I reset his Ai then if he goes far right again, crouch slowly. IF he goes into a room, hes MOST likely gonna double back so lure him to the elevator and wait. I USUALLY wait for him to go to the far right and crouch and then quickpy run into one of the rooms with a table in it and hide, once he goes away. Ez candle then hide again, let him go either far left or far right then light the next room candle. that will be 4/4 candles Phase III: relight the 2 candles in the 2 rooms, go back to the elevator, relight the nearest candle(same process as Phase II but reversed). Light the blob monster floor candle(4/6), go up to the 3 eyed monster and light the upstairs(5/6), then go back down to the bottom floor to complete the last candle.. For the last candle, do the tips I explained(Lure him reset his path, let him go far right, crouch then once ur near to the nearest right table, run towards it and go under. Let him go far left, once hes busy on the left side) U have 2 choices: Risk it and light the FARTHEST RIGHT candle all the way to the end or do the careful way which is going into a room and hide. I usually just hide in a room, considering the fact that once he sees you, u will prob get outrunned then boom, ez 6/6 candles. This is my ways, idk abt others 👍🏼

Alr imma give some TIPS. Rat lady: Open all doors before summoning her. Once you summon her, check if there is a rat in the book room. If there isn't, run down the hallway. If there's a rat there run to the well. If there isn't any rats in the three positions, find one and go to the well. Then, ring the bell and while she's distracted with the rat, run to find the next rat. Find someplace safe to hide in and go to the well safely. Ring the bell, and repeat with last rat. Nure-onna: Run to the first grass patch, and when she goes away, go across the bridge. The safe spots on the bridge aren't necessary, and if you don't know what I'm talking about, search up a Speedrun guide. Go to last grass patch, and when she looks away, RUN ACROSS THE BONE BRIDGE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. Blind witch/Shosai: For this part, talk to keneo, and go to houses with yellow glowing light. Roofs are safe, so you can hide from the monster there. Get a paper, and write down the paintings that you see in the houses. There should be 5. Then, grab the key in one of the houses and go to the blind witch. Blind witch time. Wait for her to go downstairs and light up all the paintings in the middle floor. Run back to spawn and make sure you crouch in place. Wait for her to go by you (like, to your right side of spawn) and run upstairs. If you don't have any paintings upstairs, then go downstairs and hide under the table. Wait for her to go to right of spawn, and then light up one candle at a time. Repeat with right of spawn, one candle. Grab the seishen orb and wait for right of spawn. RUN FOR DEAR LIFE, WITH THE SEISHEN ORB AND PRAY TO DEAR GOD SHE DOESN'T TURN BACK. IF SHE DOES, THEN RUN BACK TO THE TABLE. Btw, use the left stairs to go up. Ship part: I don't have strategy because I haven't beaten this STUPID PART. If I had to say smth, it would be to watch videos on solo guides for this part. Those are my tips. Byeee :F

Heres a tutorial and tips for the first part (rin and mio's part) Rin part (the rat part): So first you need to find 3 rats if u find one rat then go to the garden then you will see a well thing, press e to poison the rat if your done then go to the bell room and press e so rin can eat it. if you find the other 2 rats then you will go the well and do the bell thing. If your done go to the exit,its near the bell room if you find it then press e so u guys can escape, but theres more you need to run to get to the exit heres some tips TIPS (rin part): You can hide in a room where theres a rope above it, she cant get you there You can also hide in a like a curtain? I dont really what its called- The rats will spawn differently in other servers If you hear a squeak then your hearing the rat go to that room where you heard the squeak and there u can find the rat Thats for the rin part the first one

The second part (the snake lady idk what her name is lol) Second part (snake lady) ; If your done to the rin part then you need to complete this one too In this part you to crouch to hide (CTRL TO CROUCH) go hide in the grass first, if the snake lady is gone then run to the nearest rock you can hide there, and if shes gone again then run to the other rock you can also hide there. Then you can the grass thing if shes gone again then run and hide there (make sure she doesnt see you) after that you can seee a bridge like a skeleton looking bridge run as fast as you can then touch the black wall, the you can see the countdown, And then theres an objective above and it says run if you see that then run as fast as you can if you made to the black wall then your done with that part.

The third part (keneo's part) The third part (KENEO) ; So if your done in the snake part then you'll be teleported to the town then you can see a house go there there will be a jumpscare at the second door so if your done there then go speak with the dude like its kind of like an alien go talk to him then you will have an objective it says go speak with kaneo find kaneo his by the beach or a pond lol idk if your done speaking with him then go hide at the nearest house go enter that house and theres an angel that is pointing on the painting remember that painting couse youll need it later Then go by all the house then theres a one house were you can find the key if find the key then go to the last house like the last last house you will unlock that house then there will be an objective the objective says to solve the puzzle heres how you done it there will a painting and a candle. light up the candle that the angels were pointing at, at every house if you done it theres the orb go and steal the orb then give it to keneo anddd done heres some tips ; TIPS; just go to the house where the doors are glowing Hide at the roof of the houses so the old man cant see you The house where the key is in the big house its like a mansion? Or somethin' If you go the that house were the key is then look for the painting There will be 5 paintings Theres a one house were you have to draw a word (be careful)

Im not really done to the last part (fourth part) so i think im not able to explain this Soo this is the last part (the hardest one) Youll need to light up the candles like if you see an eye then its the candles that your suppose to light up this is soo hard lol i got stuck to this part if your done at the candle part then youll be teleported at a vent and the objective says to run you dont really need to run you just need to keep crouching as much as possible so yeah if your done to that then congrats you've done the mimic. If you done it then you will have a blue lantern. Heres some tips; TIPS; if your at the first elevator then you go to the second floor dont leave yet couse the monster is near the elevator You can hide at the tables The blue bar thing is a oxygen if you ran out of oxygen then youll die In this part youll need to revive each other You can see a oxygen tank like literally everywhere so you can fill you oxygen bar

Cool :o No one really asked but this is how I do Kishin (normal mode is works for me,nightmare mode I don’t know yet): [ OFFICE CANDLE ( 1 / 3 ) ]: There’s two methods for this one. You can either juke them (monster) and then run upstairs or risk it. However risking is not the best method,it depends. Or you could hide in the coral and wait for Three Eyed to go to the far back. [ Saw it in this vid ]. It’s highly recommended by me to wait for three eyes to go up then down and finally light the candle. [ SECOND FARTHEST CANDLE ( 2 / 3 ): ] Okay so let’s say you’re ducking behind the computers and hiding. Wait for Three Eyed to go up and then go down and finally go to the back.Next,sprint to the counter [ near the door ] and then hide in the grass / plant patch. Wait for three eyed to pass and then sprint to the table nearest to the second farthest candle. (With a lamp on it.) Finally,wait for Three Eyed to go the front and light the candle. [ PS. DO NOT light this candle if you are on solo and it is the last candle unless you are prepared to sprint and escape. ] [ FARTHEST CANDLE ( 3 / 3: ] Saying you are ducking under the table nearest to the second farthest candle,just wait for Three Eyed to go to the front and then light the farthest candle. Crouch near a table and you should be safe. Escaping would be the hard part,but you should be able to do so if you go at the right time. [ Three Eyed’s AI ] Three Eyed’s Spawn Places (as I know of): At the office,behind second farthest candle. Three Eyed’s AI Perks: Sound detection. Note: Three Eyed’s hit box is TERRIBLE. So always be careful. [ Places to hide + Not to hide ] To hide: At the counter,Behind office computers,Table near second farthest table,Bench (counter) near the farthest candle. NOT to hide: The table behind the second fattest candle. Three Eyed can still get you if you are flat on the wall. You must be directly under or in the middle. ( Tips) - I don’t recommend getting oxygen on this floor but you can do so. - Three Eyed has a 17 second cool-down on sound detection so you can mess with their AI if you get detected and escape. ( Extra ) Three Eyed’s design in nightmare mode= White-ish skin. Three Eyed’s design in normal mode= Black skin That’s all :DD Do correct me if I got something wrong / have something to add

I ahve 2 questions abt the chase part and the nightmare chapter in genral 1 if u die but another person makes it will u respawn 2 if everyone dies dise it restart the run all lobby and the genral one can ur team respawn after they all died of just one person make it's to the next part like u die at part one but your teammate makes it will u repsawn for nure onna part like in other chapters (extra what happeneds at the last part if u die alone a u still have teammates or teammate can u revive other ???)

*Some tips I use for book 2 normal and nightmare mode* 1:21 - It's pretty easy for me, however for those who find it hard, here are a few things I do to pass it. At the start of this part, make sure to open ALL closest, drawers and doors, that way it's easier to see the rats, also listen carefully to the squeaking. If your are being chased by Rin you can hide in room WITHOUT the rope(?), but be sure that she doesn't see you go in it. I reccomend going around first then go inside a room, if you stopped getting chased make sure she is NOT near you. 5:41 - This part is pretty easy actually, if you are confused on how you are taking damage even if the monster isn't near you, it's because of the black whips, they do damage to you. Also, make sure you can see where your going, some gaps are too small for you to fit in and it takes a while to continue (I've had that problem many times) 6:27 - This part is kinda easy? Ig, All you gotta do is hide, when your on the bone bridge or close to it, wait for her to go away, once she does keep running do not stop, you have enough time to get to the otherside. 8:23 - I suggest using half of your stamina, when your halfway there, do not sprint, check how close is she but do not stop walking, if she's getting too close, that when you start sprinting. 9:01 - So for this part, it's alright if the man sees you go in a house, houses with roofs are safe spots, however if your on nightmare mode, going into a house while he's chasing you is dangerous, he can crawl and it's creepy. For those in nightmare mode I suggest you look where he is first before running to the next house since if he sees you go into a safe house he'll chase you until he is able to get you. For the paintings, there are different paintings in different houses, the order of the paintings is the order you need to light up the candles once you get to the blind which part, but i'm pretty sure the order of the paintings changed each server you join ig. The blind witch is pretty fast so make sure she isn't near you, if you are being chased there are a few areas where you can hide 18:42 - Ok this is the hard part, doing it solo is pretty hard, so I suggest doing it with other players, unless your a pro. The first part of the candle part is not a problem, when the blob goes the direction of the candle go inside a room, it is located on both sides of the same direction of the candle, if you are inside a room do NOT stick near the walls stay by the door but not too close, wait for the blob to go the direction of spawn, once it's far enough go and light the candle, when the blob comes back run for it but do NOT run if it is near you. Upstairs part is medium I guess? There are tables you can hide under, you can juke the monster on the staircase, the nearest candle for the upstairs is the one in the computer room, if you already lit the candle there, wait behind the desk, the monster can't see you even if your being chased, when the monster is far from the location where the candles you need to light up light the candles but if you hear the monsters close hide under a nearby table, running from it is not really that easy. For the downstairs part wait for the monster to go the opposite direction of where you want to go, once the monster is gone go light the candles near you, if you choose the left side wait for the monster to go the right side then light up the candles there, if you start getting chased, go up the peek thing behind the rock, he can't get you if your there. If you choose the right side wait for him to go to the left side then light up as much candles as you possibly can, if you get chased hide under tables. There are 3 phases for this part and the amount of candles increase every phase. for Phase 1 you need 5 candles, Phase 2 you need 8 candles and for phase 3 you need 9 candles. There are some mistakes so if you are confused please don't point it out angrily, like typing in all caps. Just tell me normally.

Not sure if you've already fixed this problem, but have you tried pressing 'G' (assuming you're on PC)? It should bring you your inventory, and you'll see the icon "lantern". Click on it, and press skins. It should show your lanterns. Hopefully that helped!
