i think kuriko could possibly be based on teke-teke (a japanese urban legend of a woman who lost her legs one day in train tracks and then she became a monster and asked people where her legs were and if they did not get the station right she would kill them and they would never be found again, teke teke also travels by crawling)

Hiachi is definetely the developer's first shot,her model (pink long hat),her name (Hiachi without the first "i" will be "Hachi" that is meant as "8" deriving from her height "possibly" and her age before she will be cursed),her origin (Hachishakusama or "8 ft tall woman"),and her backstory combined is definetely an bullseye
