You crazy? The complete lack of physical controls outside some DIGITAL triggers puts this way being the Shield Portable. Everything else might be better but that doesn't really matter.

Logical Reason I have the Shield itself and sure, the physical buttons can do stuff, but for games that are on mobile, I don't think most of it are needed. It's your opinion tho, since I used it mostly for emulation and other arcade based games.

Logical Reason i forgot to mention that "Console" mode that both NVIDIA and ASUS calls it was showed to be better here than the first Shield. I bought it without an additional controller to use console mode, while for this it's all the box.
