Any serious bodybuilder would be 100% focused on their workouts. When I used to train, nothing would interrupt my workouts 💪

I have no problem with this when working back or chest, but bi/tri, shoulders, legs, I cannot get that same connection.

Slow down your reps pause one sec the contraction and focus on the negative. Picture yourself squeezing the tris and bis. And u might have to lower the weight. It took me years to feel it in my back. I had to focus and squeeze them mfs lats and slow down my reps. Goodluck bro.

Try different exercises. New ones can hit it in a way that's easier to connect with. Also just flexing the muscle randomly throughout the day. The bicep for example: let your entire arm go limp then try to bend your elbow with everything still limp EXCEPT the bicep. So that your bicep is the only thing activating. Also tapping the muscle while performing a lift can make it easier to focus on
