Love what Rob said about accepting yourself as prerequisite to truly loving yourself... And not making change a condition for self love. Love when Lewis hinted that (positive) changes naturally follow (increased) self love. It's as though self acceptance is the gateway to us growing into our inner beauty. Future pacing is an NLP technique, which sounds like what you did with your big workshop. I think there are a number of wonderful insights here that cross-reference with other thought leaders. It is so great to see motivational podcasters bringing these ideas, that have lived for years and years in obscurity, to the masses. What is even better is that every person who shares has their own unique spin and set of experiences to help get the message out there. Thanks!

Everyone has a long journey and in most cases people are where they are meant to be, regardless if they know it or feel it at the time. That, combined with growth, self-challenging, sympathy and empathy, life changes colors. Your videos have been very helpful as I’ve found myself learning more and learning to allow myself to be loved

The judgement part was amazing. I am going to try same practice when I have any judgemental thought about anyone. Secondly, he mentioned about the root cause behind people struggling in diff areas because they feel they are not good enough- it's so on point. One of the best podcasts I have heard😊

Thank you for this interview, to both of you, Lewis and Rob. I found that the whole session was filled with golden nuggets. So, thank you for sharing. What touched my heart: the inner feeling you guys have for life itself. The teary eyes of Rob on the way to the show, and how his wife also shares gratitude of being alive. And, Lewis, you and your fiancé, also... the gratitude you guys show each other and towards life. That just touched my heart. You guys are incredible. Having found such beautiful souls as your partners, is the best thing ever in my opinion. Wishing you guys much more love. ❤❤❤❤

I love that part about noticing when we're being judgemental and change the thought. I changed how I felt about a person in my camping group. I just decided to see the things I liked about her, not the things that irritated. I genuinely love her now! I've really worked at being conscious of those thoughts.

Hello..I took away and learned a great deal about what I am..to what I'm doing ...I'm 62 ..headed for change and all I needed to do is to neconize the difference between the change itself And of the lack there of..I was so stuck on the failure towards the change that I stopped seeing what it was I needed ..what I needed was to wake up in that need to change ..so a lot didn't go unnoticed while listening to you today .it was fantastic timing for me today and wanted to thank you ..

FANTASTIC conversation. While listening to Rob speak about his experiences/perspectives, before even getting to 29:00, I had said to myself, this guy is probably an empath. Sure enough, he goes on to explain how he feels things SO INTENSELY and is always on the verge of crying from the overwhelm of emotions. omgeeeeeeeee i love the judgement practice!! I have been practicing awareness for some time now, it’s literally a habit now. That first thought statement is so true, you can’t always control the first one but I always catch myself but I just correct myself. i’m going to try the practice mentioned here, find 3 things I like about them and end it with i love them. Another thing, it’s easy to be kind to 90% of strangers on a day to day, but sometimes there’s someone that’s just rude, i always wonder what their childhood was like…makes it so much easier to be gentle when met with rude behavior. 😭

It is so good when you hear people you respect today be open about the challenges that they were faced with and overcame. Especially when those challenges are so easily relatable. It's like you're able to sit in the mud together for just a while and you walk away feeling like you met a friend. Vulnerability makes the message so much easier to trust.

What an amazing video, I listen to Rob all the time. The most important and inspiring advice is acceptance of who you are and love yourself regardless. So true and ties in with ACT therapy which is the best, resistance is the enemy to us. The more you try and fix things the more the brain gives you to fix. ACT is to focus on valued actions so doesn’t mean you won’t evolve it’s quite the opposite and it helps massively to achieve a much better quality of life for you and your loved ones. Thank you so much both 🙏

I really liked the concept of future pacing. That’s something new I learnt and it’s fascinating. I also loved how Lewis shared a picture from his childhood and shared the story about our soul evolving with time and how past lives doesn’t literally have to be another life. That’s beautiful. Also, I loved how Rob shared the way he deals with the sides of himself that he doesn’t wanna nurture anymore by accepting them, that’s a nice reminder. The idea of judging a random person with my first thought is familiar to me. But I think it is very shallow to solve it with the way he describes- and it doesn’t really solve anything. The the idea of loving a random person from now on (instead of judging them) is in my experience unrealistic and unacceptable. In my case I went to research why I judge, and where it comes from and I realised that my parents used to do it all the time and how that made me feel. So now when I am judgmental, I remind myself that it is their mess and instead of going on with my judgement, I deal with my emotions towards my parents. It is a slower process and more painful than the suggested one, but much more thorough and healing. Plus I keep a good relationship with myself- not feeding me lies about loving somebody I don’t even know (and would probably not love anyway even if I did)

A very educative insight that has been shared by Rob. Indeed the universe is full of nothing but abundance. Once we fully understand that, we will surely be on our to greatness.

Success and spirit separates.. the words have power but only if ur conciousness allows it through ur emotion and faith.. u embrace light or dark matter ❤❤❤ bro u CANT argue with the Holy Spirit.(inspired thought) it’s like u skipping the instructions before ur exam? = judgement day which is also simotaniously happening (space in time)… words are keys my brother.. I’m just the messenger through the physical body, this is prophecy= revelations, again!! Simotaniously… ❤❤❤

Why do we feel not enough... Hmmmm.. I shall venture an oppinion.. My gramma is really old and I take care of her and spend most ofmy time around her and her old friends and all of them present the same pattern to me.. Catholic and ortodox religious upbringing tends to push down on people a lot. And I'm not saying this to blame anyone, just my observation. Heard it said in a documentary some time that most people, regardless of their conscious beliefs, have a profound religious view of the world. And I agree with this for now. Because I know that what we learn most of the time is good or bad, black or white, heaven and hell.... But the truth is.. The Universe is the lively coexistence of extreme opposites. There is no good or bad. Because what the fly experirnces as tragedy, the spider experiences as satiating hunger. It always depends on perspective
