Don't get discouraged I been trading for a year now and I have wins and my losses usually my losses are do to the fact that I get happy that I won and skip a step or 2 on my strategy and it cost me my trade. Every time I loose I go back and check what I did wrong and 9 out of 10 I skip a step

Bro set a limit on yourself. As in if you lose continue 3 days then take the 2 days off and figure out what went wrong and start next week with a fresh mind. This is my rule. Hope it helps. Don't lose hope. Losing trades means a lot of learning. Have a good week ahead.

Do you calculate your average win to loss distribution? And if in a loosing streak at what point is it Acceptable to know that maybe something is wrong with the strategy . Let’s say over 100 trades your win rate is 45-50 percent . And let’s say your 10 trades loss in a row , or 15 would you still stick to the plan ? I found this with something I backtested and strategy which was working for me and then but the lossing steak came and I decided not to deviate and ended up blowing the account even though I factored in average win loss distribution . I have continued to paper trade it to see if my strategy was correct in the long term or if the strategy just stopped working but results are still pending .

@@techfx6591 It depends, Im trading my own strategy for more then 3 years and i have a WR between 45-52%. I backtestet my strategy over 10 years in the past and in 2017 I wouldve faced a losing streak of 12 trades in a row ! But the strategy is still working fine and made me a funded trader

So far, 90% of my analysis are correct. The problem is that i get paralyzed (by head gets bombarded with 'but what if') when its time to set the trade then regret it later. I'm slowly getting past it and building confidence but whenever i take a loss, i would regress back to analysis paralysis. Trading is indeed rewarding but is a bitch at the same time lol
