I can definitely relate to wanting to play a game until you open the actual game. Honestly, that has happened with a lot of games for me and I just always end up going back to the same games. I think we all go through phases of playing certain games at certain times in our lives, so I can 100% get where you're coming from. I think for me I always go back to the things I am most comfortable with like Minecraft or others that I've been playing for years because I feel so at home.

Getting turtle armor is a bit hard: -you need to breed turtles with sea grass -the turtles must be on sand, so they can lay eggs -u guard the eggs, cause monsters try to break them (do not step on the eggs) -after a while, a small turtle will hatch -wait til the turtle grows up, it gives you a scute and you need 5 of them to make turtle helmet, wich gives you water breathing for 10 sec. That is all in vanilla, maybe you have some mods that change this thing... Good luck!

HT's TreeChop mod lets you cut down trees by repeatetly breaking one block multiple times, depending on the size of the tree, until the whole tree gets cut down, so it's not instant tree chop but still very convenient Also, I want to recommend a game called Vintage Story. It's similar to Minecraft, but it's focused on realistic survival so it's more difficult than MC. It's still in development, but what it has is very solid, I haven't come across any bugs whatsoever. Vintage Story deserves way more love and attention imo

YES. oh I would love for him to play VS, its literally like a minecraft "2" for me, basically minecraft for adults xD definitely way harder and realistic, theres a certain charm to it that makes you feel its your first time playing minecraft again where you still have to experience and learn everything.

I'll never forget the first night in VS where I hid in a generated structure that I pathed up with dirt, hearing wolves all around me howling and growling in complete darkness... and when it was finally dawn I had to fucking RUN because they don't just leave or despawn LMAO It really was just like playing Minecraft for the first time again, you don't know anything

26 year old here! Married, master's degree, have a career (a humble one in Teaching...lol I love it though!!). All of this, and I still find some time to game when I get home! I think a lot of people that start to rot in their mid-late 20s think they need to have everything 100% figured out. In reality, your direction can change throughout the years, and that's supposed to be OK! The point is to keep going and dedicate yourself to something that actually betters you. Those that stay in that brainrot state simply decide to disassociate from reality ...and they are afraid to try, fail, and try again. Everyone has different situations of course but I think we're at that age where you can't be afraid to fail. :) !

13:12 I feel like there’s a point with gaming where eventually all the time playing adds up and subconsciously you feel unfulfilled, you may know have better ways to spend your time or if you haven’t done much else than play mindlessly for hours a day that it no longer serves as an escape or fun treat but more of a habit that you do out of impulse instead of desire. In regards to what you mentioned about valheim, I'm in the same boat, "This game looks great" then you play and it's not how you imagined it would pan out, but still having that excitment when you exit the game watching videos of "this looks amazing" and continuing to try and play. I'm 27 so the age thing may be right but im unsure too, I play valheim only with my friend now with mods whilst my heart is still in Minecraft. I've got nothing to add on the matter, glad you feel the same way and hope you feel glad it's not just you, but your content keeps me inspired.

I love how consistent you are right now. I personally prefer the building videos, but these are a nice break up. Never been a fan of too many mods (I personally only play vanilla with shaders), but these definitely make for captivating gameplay. Keep up the great work!

The undead army is from Majrusz's progressive difficulty, it spawns whenever you reach a certain amount of monsters killed. If you enter another dimension the army permanently becomes stronger, same for killing the ender dragon which sets it to its highest difficulty. Defeating the army gives you a loot bag with different items added by the mod

Tip for fully grown tomatoes, once they're fully grown, no need to harvest em' like typical vanilla crops, Right clicking like sweet berry bushes should do the trick!

Phantoms dont spawn while you have a roof over your head btw ❤ and the number of them scales up for each night past the 3rd that you havent slept, so at first its only one wave but later it ends up just being as many spawns as the enemy cap will allow with other monsters. In a totally lit area with no other mobs taking up the cap youll get swarmed outside. There is an insomnia gamerule if you decide to do away with them altogether.

About the second channel you were talking about in your other video 2 weeks ago. I don't watch every single video that you upload so im not really educated about what you usually talk about. But I think its an awesome idea starting a second channel just to talk about questions in the comments, philosophical things or talking about your life generally fx. venting if there is anything you want to get of your chest or talking about good things happening in your life. You could also "react" to videos related to whatever you want to talk about, to get a basis or for your audience to understand the topic. As you said in the video you pour more energy into these main channel videos, so the second channel shouldn't be burdensome undertaking but just a place where you can upload loosely and the people who want to hear what you have to say can listen. Btw you have a very soothing voice that would be perfect for a talking channel.

Really resonated with what you said about not being able to get into playing a game. I find that I always start a game but can never end up finishing it, and i've ended up with a long list of games I intend to finish but never get around to, despite having the time to do so. Maybe its cause recent games haven't been that good, or i'm smashing my head against a brick wall trying to get myself to play something that i subconsciously don't like at all. Also, sometimes feel guilty when I start playing a game, like there is something better I could be doing with my time, knowing that several hours could get sunk into it.
