This all is bullshit but I encountered the "null" guy on my server with my friend close to 8 years ago. I was playing with my friend and he was shouting null!!! (i was in a box ive dug out in a mountain) then my box was replaced by stone and the server crashed. Still dont know what that was. He still claims it was null, but i couldnt even make out anything from the console cuz i was like 9 at the time.

What I find most interesting about Entity 303 is that his existence sort of started a shift in opinion regarding Herobrine... A lot of people _feared_ Herobrine, but once Entity 303 came around, Herobrine was the one to actively appose him, becoming more of a protector or guardian rather than an evil monster. Herobrine started becoming more of a protagonist in many Minecraft animations all because of Entity 303.

This video was basically just a huge nostalgia drop, I mean everyone knew about 303, Herobrine, Green Steve (ooh remember that one), and Null. Some even payed attention to the lesser known "Steve Saga" (mishmash of all the creepy pastas back then, with some seasoning of just random stuff) and this just summed up a bunch of the lore from back then. I never knew all of it (for example: Thespeed179). Back then with all the creepy pasta going around I was scared to enter a cave without at least 4 stacks of torches, in creative mode. I love these videos because they remind me about that era, but also show me the real story behind it, not the one everyone does (or doesn't) know. Also Opera GX = Best browser i've ever used

ah yes, me when i look at my minecraft source code to know what entity is causing destruction on my world. sometimes having a small read on how stuff works makes all the immersion happen: "i have a personal computer and was hosting our server on it, since i would be playing on my xbox and i knew it meant the server would run smoothly , i quickly toggled my video cable from my xbox to my pc and started looking at the server logs via the terminal and since we were using paper{go with it} the explosions where being logged but strangelly the actor was an 'entity 303'. I grew up with Minecraft animations and short films, that often included such creepypastas. To this day, my skin is Entity 303, although with a unique design. The idea that there are individuals somewhere in a minecraft world, that aren't just mindless mobs, but actual thinking beings, that plan something in the background and are actual threats intrigued me as an elementary school kid. I was also very good at believing shit people told me, so my friend was always able to sell me more and more stories that I believed. Anyways, it's kinda sad to me how irrelevant all these stories are at this point, as they were a huge part of my childhood.
