The best use of this thing, is what you hit on at the end, a mountain leveler. Given that, and the shear amount of stone this thing produces, I personally would put some refineries that would process down the stone, and set up the rear section as a landing pad for automated craft to haul the refined materials back to base.

too many moving parts to be practical in survival. simple mining ships are the way to go.

would be good with landing pad on back seeing as it is a bit slow and clumsy due to its size throws out stone everywhere but you need stone wonder how much it holds
