His ‘Fishing for Freedom’ priority is aimed at reviving harbours to grow jobs, build communities and boost the economy.

Fantastic news IF the different interest groups get involved. Remove the National Government from control of our harbours; upgrade the facilities and run them well and then people will come; remove the smugglers in Hermanus and elsewhere - it might need the Hawks or SIU to engage...
