I was incredibly tired whilst watching this, passed out for maybe 20-30 mins and awoke to a gorgeous shot at sea. I stayed awake for the remainder past 2am. From what I saw, it was a fantastic movie, incredible momentum. Ritchie never misses, honestly.

Well, let me be real here; The movie won't break any records, it's not THE EVENT of the year, not even a month, however what it is, is a great fun for going out with friends or even watch it on your own and have a mighty blast while doing it. It's fun, witty, characters are well played and the story is somewhat looser adaptation of factual events, which bring it all together for me. What bloopers reel shows, is how much the cast enjoyed being on set with a good atmosphere and how much passion all had making it. I know in this day of age it is a rarity, but the audience really cannot ask for that much more from a filmmakers. If I would have to point out something negative, I'd probably go with the fact, that parts of Heron and Marjorie duo are a bit on the weaker side, but it stands out simply because the chaps have so much chemistry and genuine fun with whatever they're doing. Great movie, glad it was made the way it did.

Incredibly. Not a fan of guy Richie, not a fan of cavill. This is the best war film I've ever seen. I just wish my officers were a scratch on these when I served. Realistic, humorous, gritty, believable and amazing movie. This is how James bond should have been.

This film had such potential. What a shame. The main cast were superhumanly accurate and so casual about what they were doing that there was no sense of threat to them. It was more like a John Wick film than a war film (except John Wick gets hit more in his films). If they'd toned that down a bit, it would have been a better film in my opinion. Also, bearing in mind March-Phillips married Marjorie Stewart a few months after this mission, how was the film made with absolutely no chemistry and little interaction between them? It's bizarrely sterile in that respect.
