I disagree with Shoaib Malik at 2:21 because we have enormous talent, but if you politicize sports, you just destroy it. We had Zaman Khan in the hut who had shown his ability in the Asia Cup, but we preferred Hassan Ali over him. Our approach is old, game knowledge is poor, and we keep going bad to old people instead of trusting new talent. Most importantly, we keep changing board management and team management so how you would have consistency. In India, they will stick to their plans, it won't matter if they lose two-three games or the management changes, the players will continue to be there because they are performers, and they don't disturb them.

Punjab have stadium in most of the cities Lahore, Pindi, Islamabad, Faislabad, sialkot, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala and many other cities. Likewise other provinces have more than 2 stadiums. Karachi was the biggest nursery of new cricketers & were ignored. most of the time.
