This was GREAT. I actually read the Miracle Morning for Network Marketing years ago when I was in direct sales. I did it religiously for quite some time thinking it was THE routine I needed as I was struggling to recover from a concussion. Though I felt good about crossing things off the list, I was more stressed with some of the exercises (journaling and visualization as they don't come easy to me so took long). About 2-3 years ago I created a morning routine that sets me up for the day. Open the curtains, make my bed, read my daily devotional. If I'm not running late (I have a sleep disorder ) I'll do gratitude and prayer. Otherwise, those ALWAYS happen on my commute to work along with worship music.

Thank you for sharing, Denise! It's amazing how different routines work for different people. Incorporating gratitude and prayer during your commute sounds like a fantastic idea. Finding what works for us individually is key! 😊
