I can't even tell you how refreshing it is to hear someone acknowledge so deeply our uniqueness. This is my second video, I watched on on the color pink. I found you because Dana K White suggested an event. I didn't feel drawn to the even but I was curious about you so I looked you up. Here I am. ;) As we're moving into summer, this is a great time for this video. I hated the miracle morning. My body is often in so much pain and until I'm really awake, I can't meditate or I will be back asleep no matter where I do that meditation. I've been working on a slow morning idea with more intentional activities in the afternoon. I'm a homeschool mom of teens so I can usually get away with this slow morning thing. I was surprised that it's actually made my days much more productive.

This is great!!! Found you a short 2 weeks ago and have loved your content! I enjoy a little exercise by myself and have tried a 7 minute only tabata the past few days and have noticed I feel so much better! Instead of having this "task" of exercise I've shifted to 7 minutes of movement only and man the mind shift change!

Amazing timing! I've just finished reading "Miracle Morning". Having spent around 18 months getting into a good sleep routine/cycle, the thought of getting up an hour earlier was a no, no. This area always seems to be a bloke saying just get up an hour earlier and do x, y, z. If you followed them all, you'd be getting up before you go to bed. I decided to take the 6 areas from "MM" and look at building those things in at some time during my day and that seems to be working for me so far! Looking forward to hearing what you have to say in this area.

Can I do my morning routine after I do all the things I do in service to others? I’m not a morning person and don’t want to get up any earlier than I already have to, but do have time after everyone else leaves and before I have to start work.
