This is a great conversation starter, and I like the presentation in that a viewer isn't inclined to focus attention elsewhere, given the multimedia fire hydrant thing going on. I'd like to hear more about how holistic self-reflection manifests itself. That is, how looking at ourselves as a species, planet, universe can work, and how it can help us save our planet. I'm reminded of the way the 1968 photos of the earth taken from the moon galvanized countless environmental movements.

beautiful and so very very true. I realize now that I am very tuned into the broadcast of the ego, even in this moment, and it is painful and evident, I must shift, we must shift, but how. thats the possible question for those who know what I am talking of.

This was my first thought when I smoked some really good indoor after a six pack of beer on an empty stomach, as the thought occurred to me i started to narrate my ideas to the people around me, and they couldnt take it, it disturbed them foundationally. Modern society is not yet ready for this truth.

Like Alexey said. You see Buddha consciousness as something comparable to approaching infinity, you never reach it because it'll essentially be the end. I see it as our mind has the capabilities to forever expand and as a group, group of minds rather, our limits are limitless. So in other words, aiming for Buddha consciousness is limiting yourself, albeit that limit is extraordinary.

Wouldn't being self-referential imply you're tuned into your ego's broadcast, not the broadcast of the whole? How exactly does referring to one's self differ from the functions of the ego?

2) use affirmations like "I AM" etc., Give gratitude, Be wary of karmic gestures (compliments, prayers....) and guide thoughts and feelings wisely - As you attract exactly what you put out!! Be aware of breathe, use mantras! When we discover our real selves is dynamic state of oneness/unity with infinite power and vibrations! One must relinquish EGO: Practice no judgment, but compassion, complete acceptance and pure love and source energy! Now is the time to Awaken! Love & Light, Luna Namaste

It's sorta interesting trying to watch/listen at the same time. The holistic experience is I think what Jason Silva is trying to go after. Which does require quite a bit of balancing out the graphics vs. audio.

I think i've watched this video everyday since it came out hah. Its what every guru spends their whole life striving to figure out. Spiritual Enlightenment is just one more thing that Technology Singularity has let through to us. All of history exists NOW through information.

I've been thinking about something like this for a while. I was stuck thinking "the outside world is not here *points at the outside surrounding environment*, this is really here right now *points to head*. But hang on, this *points to head* is also happening in here...*can't point anywhere, cos my head isn't there....it's ALL in my head, so I can't point to it* Lol, think about that 'till you get a Buddhist Bwonnnggg! moment.

U just made my point To continue with UR sarcasm; if I am Obi Wan Kenobi, then the people that r learning anything from this video r not even padawans. I'm no Yoda, but I guess u hit it on the nail LOL Each of us is on a completely different level of understanding; whether it be philosophy, "life the universe and everything," "the force," or just plain ol' knowledge of self, let alone the world around us. If you didn't understand what I said in my OP, I don't think I could make it any simpler.

Hey bro, i think that if your 'self' is the primary object of your awarness then yeah, you can get in to the state of 'oh my life is so shty' or 'fk yeah im the best' (different people may tend toward one pole over the other). but if your really being your self, expansivly aware, then the shty or coky 'self' is not an object of the awarness. well, thats just my view on it anyway.

German scientists invent working teleporter, of sorts: water is the problem & solution: however transporting a solid object does not have the electrons in the same configuration than water, someone can beam down to earth on a non waterlike form, them recreate itself as it lands on the planet "earth" transporting a human sounds complicated. reason why water being 80% of the human body. only 20% remains. transported from above to below. a 20% water electrons content 'human body' (reincarnates) as it absorbs the 80% of water and his 20% makes in a living human. time in this respect changes in relation to a linear realm.

@metawoke
@metawoke 11 жыл бұрын
Yes, Buddha consciouseness is NOT only a concept but also a feature of YOUR conciouseness. And as a concept it's useless ). And there's fiew levels in that consciouseness in fiew of them you can separate objects but you still know there's no need for separation. And thers no infinity in that levels - there is abscence of PERCEPTION of borders. Yoy cant step out of your body =)

If this is true though, then you just pointed to yourself in the mirror. Your need to tell others "I know more" by asking that younger ones catch up, is but itself a mirror to YOU feeling that perhaps you are but a young one. If you were so above the "basic" philosophy presented, adding negative energy onto the thread by throwing your ego out there shows us the opposite of what you claim If you are to be, then just be, BE YOU... but no need to have to claim it by separating yourself.
