Glenn Danzig and Bobby Steele got arrested and thrown in jail (where Glenn wrote the infamous Misfits Classic London Dungeon). Jerry Only hung out with Sid Vicious's mother Anne Beverly, and Joey Image quit the band and flew back home to America... What happened?

Algy Ward left the damned to form The British heavy metal band Tank. They were great, and a big influence on Metallica... I'm pretty certain they toured with Metallica for the ride the lightning tour.... Algy also passed away a few months ago.

The Leicester gig at de Montfort hall was my first gig aged 15 the Misfits got booed off or they just walked off but thought they were great up till that point then a random guy walked on playing buddy holly hits and was covered it spit within minutes the Damned were anarchistic and blew me away it was some introduction to a punk gig at 15 awesome night

Nov 22-Leic de mont ,Cambridge corn exchange,(these are the remaining dates they DIDN'T do..24 Peterborough-wiranna arena,25 Cardiff top rank,26 Sheffield top rank,28 Brighton top rank(see,way down the list..didn't happen),30 London rainbow, dec 4 Glasgow apollo,5 Bradford st georges hall,7 Coventry new theatre,9 Wolverhampton civic,10 Manchester apollo, 11 Bristol colston hall,15 Hull city hall).. i don't even know if the Damned completed the whole tour.. but the Misfits only played Leic. (they were based in London for the duration though..)

It was definately Cambridge as i read a newspaper piece that was written on the day they were there. Rat and Captain (of The Damned) went to an army supplies shop that day and Rat bought a knife from there. I'm from Cambridge and know the exact shop he went to, as it was there for years and fairly close to the venue. I asked him about it a few years ago but he couldn't remember it. It was the same day The Misfits officially left the tour, Rat said they went back home because they ran out of money (after a day). The piece also said The Misfits only played ONE show.
