I don't know if someone has already mentioned it here, but I'll say it anyway (?) The reason why Mitsuri has to do so many flips and acrobatics is to avoid cutting herself with her sword. For that very reason, she is the only one capable of wielding that sword, thanks to her flexibility, agility, and... I won't say the last part because it's a spoiler for the next episode. I'm impressed that English-speaking people can immediately imagine the contrast between hate and love, but I also found it strangely interesting. In Japanese, ai and koi are different words. In a broad sense, ai means loving someone kindly, and koi means being excited about love.

The 7th form of mist breathing that Muichiro uses to defeat Gyoko is one that he created himself. It did not exist prior to him. Shows you how badass he is. It’s similar to tanjiro’s fake rainbow he used against daki in season 2. That sort of illusionary style that is made from going so fast that an after image is left behind. Muichiro slows down for a moment to be seen, then accelerates again, and leaves behind a lingering image like he’s vanishing into mist. That boy is built different.

Bcoz mist is not actually there. This is how Mist breathing works... According to the creator, Muichiro uses so much footwork from super extreme speed and then slowing down like a turtle "repeatedly" creating after images, mist and illusion to the opponent. And then Strike!! Mist breathig seventh form. "Obscuring Clouds"
