This is what shin Godzilla proposed as a nightmare scenario if they didnt freeze him in time. A bunch of smaller godzillas rampaging though, mixed with the terrifying implications of minus one. One of the deleted scenes from shin had a dorsal plate get lopped off only for it to start growing eyes and teeth.

I like how this is drawing on some of the interpretations of Godzilla from recent years, mainly Shin (Parts of his body separated from him will slowly regenerate into new individuals as shown in a deleted scene from the film), but also Minus One with how he isn’t immune to being injured by his own Atomic Breath! With these two facts in tandem, it seems the world in this series’ universe has quite the mess to clean up, if it’s even possible to stop the madness by now. Looking forward to seeing where this goes next!

I love the idea of the radiation from Godzilla would infect other creatures and make them look like him, I just wish they didn’t end up being carbon copies of him. It would have been so awesome if the animals kept what made them a separate species, but with some goji features to get the point of infection across.
