I love the narrative of Jim Harbaugh drafting first round O-Line when he has literally never done it in SF. Highest O-Line drafted during his time was in the 3rd round

I am pretty sure that Jim Harbaugh is the one who gets the final say on anything in that organization. They hired Jim and then brought their current GM. The setup is similar to that of the Broncos where Sean Payton is the one with control.

They’ll take the best deal on the table regardless of who that means is taking JJ. Why would the Chargers front office care about whats best for JJ?

@matthewdrews cause Herbert has had elite receivers and still has as many playoff wins as JJ McCarthy does and is now getting paid massive money.. obviously they won’t take a QB cause Herbert contract but Herbert gonna have to start showing something. Almost beating the chiefs every year and losing games vs horrible teams that they should be smoking them in that costs them the playoffs can only go on for so long until the team needs to move on
