@@carl13220 If you've lived in the NY area you would be impressed with Jones' maturity and the way he's handled himself since he joined the Giants. He has had THE WORST offense around him since he entered the league in that media market and has never complained and been a total class act.

@@goodlookatatbone7301 Listen, you have a good point, but they need to build a team. They have a chance to get a WR1 for the first time since Jones has been there. Or they can draft an OT and maybe have a line that ranks above 30 in the NFL for the first time since Jones has been there. But instead they're going to just replace Jones and the new guy will be in the same situation?

If any team and only team trading up for QB Maye is the Minnesota Vikings. Two of the reasons are that the Vikings are willing to give up two 1st-round picks for this year's 2024, even a 2025 1st-round pick. Also the Vikings Qb Coach Josh McCown was Drake Maye high school coach. So it would make absolutely reason why the trade with the Vikings is a must. Also whatever team trades with the vikings will be a win win for that team two 1st-round picks this year and may be also 1st-round pick for next 2025 is a no brainer.

the giants are not taking a qb at the top of the draft. just setting a smoke screen. more qbs drafted before 6, more chances to get a better WR. there is even a chance all of them would be available if there will be a huge QBs run at the top.

This is more than just a smokescreen lol. They have been looking heavy at QB since last year. They want to get their own rookie QB in the building that Daboll can mold to how he likes his QB. DJ won't be the starter after this year which is fine, they need to move off kf him. They will still have draft picks to get a Good WR in this draft so they will be fine. Plus with a good QB you can elevate the play of your WR. Look at what happen in Houstan. Nobody was talking about their WR Corp until CJ came into town. Hyatt ( with more development), wandale, a rookie WR, slayton is not a bad WR room. Yes they don't have that alpha but all of them can win their 1 on 1 match up. Just need someone that can scan the field and deliver the ball on time
