Just Simply Mila They have a fine Dining area Seats 6-8 or move bench & have seating for 6 with more separation. There is room for a small pantry in the kitchen by moving Microwave along a little & plenty of room for linen cupboard in the laundry.

I really like it except for two things. First it does not have a sink in the utility room. And I wouldn't like the patio doors in my bedroom. It would be better if they had them in the kitchen. You could carry food out onto the deck directly from your kitchen , makes more sense to me.

One of the nicest you have shown... The color scheme is light, bright and is so much nicer than the darker colors. The kitchen is incredible and both bathrooms are nice and roomy. Also love the porches..Ideally it would be too many windows for my liking but definitely a bright and very inviting home.

A lot of the mobile homes I’ve looked at have those seams in the walls. These don’t have those seams and it makes the walls look so much better, smoother. Some of the mobile homes I have seen here in SC just can’t compare to these. SC has some catching up to do...

Pretty but I’d rather have a proper pantry with room for a freezer and have the laundry near the bedrooms and bathrooms. Why drag your dirty clothes into the kitchen when you change/bath on the other end of the house? Also I feel like the porch off the master just eats up space in the master bedroom. It’s pretty but takes a lot of space

As a home consultant in Texas I can tell you with Taxes and freight, basic setup and delivery because of pitch of home as the home sits we can’t get set up for less than 169K This’ is a big home. The number he gives doesn’t include Taxes, freight, or set up. Just wanted to throw out these since I get a whole lot of interest and quote requests for this home and want people in Texas to know the freight alone just from Alabama to Texas not including to property is around 10K. I’d say look at 40K -50K plus additional is fair for a chattel (home only with delivery, set up, trim out, ac, concrete runners, basic skirt and basic steps.) If you want brick or low profile set up and the way a lot of people want the home set up $185K+ just some tips from home consultant. :)

You show some beatiful homes. I would have rather had a smaller utility room and have a dinning room. The bench may sound good, but i am the shortest in my family at 6'1" and a bench like that just doesn't work well. With that said the home is gorgeous. I love the windows. Our first home was a 1984 Skyline Bristol 14x70 and that was something we hated, the windows were so small. We had an opportunity to buy floor to ceiling pella windows at Habitat for Humanity Restore at a great prize we put them in the living room on each side, then one in the dining area. It was wonderful. Having natural light is important especially up here in Michigan wherr we have went 50 days with no sunshine in the winter. It was a great selling point along with all the other work we did to it. We took possession of that home on Septemer 11, 2001. A day i will never forget. We now have a 1994 16x80 Schultz, this home is like a Rolls Royce compared to the Skyline across the street. We don't have many manufactured home dealers here. We used to, but they all went out of business a few yeats ago. I used to work for Foremost Insurance and that gave me an appreciation for manufactured homes. I have seen beutiful homes that customers sent in. I was licensed in all the states and had the opportunity to see homes all over the U.S. We love our home, but we are looking at land and seeing where we can put manufactured homes. Wish we had someone like you to talk to. I could listen to your accent all day long. Thanks for all the homes you have recorded. I have been trying to watch all the videos. So, I just noticed something... and I design custom homes for a living. There is definitely a dining area besides what you see inside the kitchen. What is inside the kitchen is your breakfast area. If you look at the room that you enter into off the porch, the space behind the living room is like 16 ft wide x 15 ft deep. So everything behind the column would be your dining space. If you will also notice, the living room furniture stops at that column. I’m not sure why they didn’t label that as a dining room or place a formal table there. And notice it’s right off the kitchen, in between the great room & kitchen. From the size of it, I know for a fact that the space you enter into is not a foyer!

The open floor plan with the living room and big kitchen is great. Love all the windows too! I'm not a fan of all the bedrooms together, I would prefer to have a split floorplan, but the master is very nice. I'd say my least favorite part of this home though is the exterior front. It looks like a church to me.

This must be a customized home by the buyer with all those windows. Can not imagine opening/closing all those blinds everyday! Wow! Beautiful flooring. One thing I keep noticing is that the only entrance/exit from the kitchen is through the laundry room. Why is that? Should be a sliding or french door in the dining area of the kitchen directly to the back yard or deck that would be built on later for entertaining and family BBQ's. i keep my laundry room door shut all the time. There is no pantry either? that is strange to say the least. Not my favorite design so far. I love all the crown molding in every home I have seen. No exit from the back porch? Maybe put in a locked gate?

Don’t get me wrong, I think this home is gorgeous!!! I have an old doublewide & I have learned a lot from my mistakes from living in it for many years. I am looking again. I am thinking about regrets in my home & my wants in a new home. I love windows & light in a room from the windows, but in this home, there are too many in each room for my taste. I think it would look better with a wall instead of the 2 windows over the fireplace & maybe a tv over the fireplace. I like wall space for decorating. I would definitely not buy another doublewide with vents in the floor. That was one mistake that I learned from in my old doublewide that have. I also want a walk-in pantry.

Of all the houses I have seen, this is my favorite! The only thing I don't like is the closet in the bathroom! Too many have a closet in the bathroom! The only other thing I don't care for is the toilet in a closet! Other than that , this one is perfect!

I like this..I would probably not have those big windows on either side of the fire place for some privacy. Also I don't like the bench attach to the island in the kitchen have to have bst stools at the island. Make space for dining area across from kitchen. Other than those adjustments I love this home.

This is my favorite house so far, I love the natural light, the floor color, the kitchen, the windows...etc. I appreciate the bench seating ( with fried egg pattern fabric ) on the other side of the kitchen counter. Also love the wavy pattern of walls in the master shower and the free standing tub. The private outdoor space off the master is especially nice. Whoever decorates these homes does an outstanding job! I’d be proud to live in this house.

Only thing I do not care for is in the master bath, you would have to close the bathroom door first, then open the WC door, use the facilities, then close the WC door and lastly open the bathroom door. Too much swinging of doors, especially in me middle of the night. Most couples or single person, as I am, have no problem with open doors. It would have been better to have the bathroom door open towards the blank closet wall. Maybe even a slider to get into/ out of the bathroom.

I liked the “vintage” look of the windows, BUT, do I dare say this, there are too many windows in this home, especially in the living room, it doesn’t leave you much wall space not to mention, with all the windows throughout the house, if you had neighbors nearby you would have to have your blinds closed to provide you with some privacy, otherwise you would be able to see everything in the house.
