Beautiful home! I love it!!! But I would not get the cream colored sinks, toilet and tubs in the bathrooms. It looked old and dated. I love all the large closets. You can never have enough storage places. Love.. Love.. The front and back porches!!! You would NEVER know that is a mobile home.❤

It's still cheaper then building from scratch. If this was a ground up home, depending on where u live, that house would be $400,000 or up. The house next to me is 2bedroom with basement. Remolded, just sold for $220,000. It's a 3rd of the size of this mobile home

I’ve been waiting for a video tour with commentary on The Anais for 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 and you did a 𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 job! Loved the pan shots you did so we could get an idea of how big the rooms were. I’ve researched practically every Deer Valley home and toured several. This one is among their best - probably 𝙩𝙝𝙚 best. (Also love the Kairos I and II and the Orchard House) Now I’d like to see a tour of their other new one - The Etienne. Oh, and I like the cream sinks and toilets as opposed to white. Thanks for an outstanding tour!

That's a great looking house with a nice layout. Nope! That's the first time I've seen a closet in a closet😃. I really like the bench feature in the master bathroom. Love that electric fireplace. The kitchen looks excellent. And the porches are a nice feature. I agree that it'd be nice to have space in the utility room for an upright freezer. Hard to find anything wrong with this house. Even though they've dropped the price, it still seems pretty steep. Regardless, it's an awesome house.

I like viewing the guest Bedrooms, laundry room and living areas more than the master. My family's space is very important to me and so is the pantry and laundry area. I do love this he because of those items.

I love this! I would change the door in the main bedroom that goes to the restroom, to a barn-door. I would also prefer a bigger bedroom and sacrifice a little of the restroom area. The walk-in ginourmous closet is perfect!

This home is beautiful with lots of storage. What I don’t like is the sink on the island. I prefer the sink on the outside wall with a window that opens. The island is for food preparation,baking, a place to put groceries before putting them away. This is actually a deal breaker for. Me. I love everything else such as the large pantry and large laundry room, large closets, large master bedroom and closet (I would design the interior differently, as the current design is a waste of space. I would also redesign some of the other closets.). The room you would use as an office, I would also. I would use the family room as a sewing room and request that the room isn’t an access to each of the bedrooms, thus relocating the doors. With such a large living room, there is no coat closet? Looks to me that space is wasted. I love the porch in the front and the back

Deer Valley homes are excellent value. Only a few changes to make this mine. Love the colors chosen throughout the house. I have wood-tone (mostly oak furnishings) that would look great here.

I live in a apt, we have hard water so it stains the white. So the cream would help hide that better. Also My Mom would turn that Master Closet into a sewing room. I also like when the leave places open under sinks. Place to put the cat box
