This may be the single most convincing ad for a product I have ever seen. I live in a block home preparing for Hurricane Dorian due to hit in a few days. I look at these Oak Creek Homes and pray my block home will be able to fare as well as them.

Anytime you put a mobile home down put cinder blocks underpin cement around it real good and you know it won't move if the wind blow tight down real good

Some are built to withstand stronger winds than others and are tied down better than others but I would still tell myself to get out if at all possible. We have tornados where I live and one year a family was inside their double wide when it got picked up, rolled and slammed around. By some miracle the people lived! Storms like that are unpredictable. They sometimes demolish the seemingly better built house and leave the shack 2 doors down unscathed.

a house will not survive a hurricane either, if the wind is high enough. Also in a manufactured home, depends on who made it, had an American Homestar, which was manufactured by OakCreek, withstand 110mph in a thunderstorm, but I wouldnt stay in any house in a hurricane, I would evacuate
