I'm glad they chose and sponsored you to review this! I had wanted to make my own DIY version of this, but I didn't know this exists as an actual product! I ultimately ended up getting an XP-Pen Artist 13.3 Pro, but mainly because I wanted a pen display to use with my desktop, and a portable monitor to use when I'm outside with my laptop. I can't use a regular pen tablet that doesn't have a display as it really throws off my hand-eye coordination. (Edit: I checked their Kickstarter campaign, and they now have a version that would probably be able to fit my older ThinkPad X13!) (6:23) Aren't they called capacitive keys? (6:51) WAIT A MINUTE that looks just like the OSD on the XP-Pen Artist Pro series!!! They're probably both using the same portable monitor controller chipset.

If I can recommend a suggestion for this company, I would recommend they do instead of side by side monitors, try an above monitor. one that goes up. It is much more ergonomic!

You read my mind! I was literally just searching this a few hours ago. Seems to me that they were just too expensive, and also had lots of issues reading comments on crowdfunding sites that had the similar concept. There were many crowdfunding startups that copied off of each other with this concept, but most had to give up due to the cost issues I think.

I just got an ipad 8 to use for sidecar - 2 of these would be awesome but I only have 2 USB-C ports on my Macbook - I cant seem to find proper info online for the "USB ‑ C digital AV multiport adapter" - I know my macbook should support 2 external screens but how can i connect them and connect power. - Please bring back Magsafe Apple -

Is there a kickstand for the added weight on the screen hinge? Shouldn't that be by default- not an extra? How big is the power drain on the laptop battery? (hard to measure) Do the magnets show or have an effect on the main monitor? Can they affect the laptop over time?

Watched the video twice and I'm not sure if you mentioned it, but what is the colors range of the monitor? I never thought I had to care too much about that, but during the beginning of the pandemic I bought a portable monitor to hold me over until we went back to the office (hah!) and noticed that purple shows up as just blue on the monitor. When I switched the window back to my Macbook monitor, it showed up correctly. I tried editing the colors for the monitor and changing the profile, but nope, just doesn't support some color ranges. I don't want to make that mistake again.

I am loving my Trios. My only nit pick is the buttons are so hard to see. A dash of color or more contrast on the buttons would be an amazing improvement.

Think it sucks when no price is mentioned. The clones have been out for a while now and do a better job. The last generation was pretty cumbersome to lug around with hinges not being able to hold a usable desired viewing angle when mounted if I recall. That drove me to buy a pen display instead which you can do a lot more for the money.

Are you able to mirror your screen onto those other screens? Being able to rotate the screen to the back might sound nice for a quick glance for people to see but you’d still have to flip it back to make any edits to it.
