Yes. Some years ago a female advocate in then-Port Elizabeth made most of her cash as a drug lord, until she was caught. “Just ‘cos you’re wearing a shiny suit and have bodyguards doesn’t mean I’m going to respect you."

@@justinafrika7860 but in RSA a shiny suit and fat wallet is all you need for everyone to respect you enough to look away. That's why these international criminals choose RSA because it's so easy to win over the locals.

@@thobekashangase1452 Can’t fault your logic Divine Ms Thobeka. Despite their professional integrity my ex in-laws had no qualms about being close friends with the Zumas and Gigabas and Mbalulas and Masinas. I, however, made my opinion clear to those scoundrels. I guess that “Just ‘cos you’re wearing a shiny suit and have bodyguards doesn’t mean I’m going to respect you” still applies to quite a few of us though.

We live in a borderless; lawlessness country run by the ANC Organisation with gangsters; cartels and syndicates. 💰💰💰 and lots of 💰💰💰 is all they are interested in! They are behind the killing of the 🦏 and the illegal mining in SA; Al Jazeera exposed them twice but ANC won't prosecute ANC! I'm sure they were aware that these were criminals; but in ANC everything has a price irrespective how it will affect our country as they have never been patriots.😢

You make it seem like crime is unique to the ANC. Yes, certain types of crime have become more prevalent, but there are other types of crime that have become less prevalent since 1994. Crimes such as human rights abuses by the state and cross border bombing campaigns on civilians were very common before the ANC
