Unfortunately its been the trend countrywide since 1994. Most of the budget goes to salaries for people who are not capable to do the job! Its sad but true!

The only thing this “expose`’ confirms is that corruption is still rife and that rhino’s continue to be poached mercilessly. Does this feature help these issues at all?? No. People like Jamie Joseph are helping. There are huge holes in this politicized and biased presentation. Shoddy journalism at best!

Carte blanche was influenced by race yeah. You are stuck at apartheid, why are we not talking about the black police officers that was doing the shooting work etc. Why did Gwala meet them in the middle of a bush, you are so fixated on race you skipped all the important questions.

I understand that it rests upon the teachers to teach children properly. However, I want to believe that they have a lot on their plates, considering the fact that they have many students in one class and they don't have enough tools to facilitate learning. Some teachers aren't properly trained as they themselves have received substandard education. As for myself, I was able to overcome this issue by reading books and listening attentively to people when they speak, and how they meticulously pronounce words. As a result, my English improved immensely. No matter how flippant we may be about this topic, we need to understand that being literate is fundamentally important in this day and age.

Jirre the white guy is always guilty, I love how when a black man commits a crime it's got nothing to do with his race, yet when it's a white man its always because of race. So are we going to talk about the blatant racism? Why is it allowed? I guess carte blanche wants more black viewers...

11:03 When she says, "a lot of people have become disillusioned with democracy as a whole", I feel like it's important to think of it in real terms of, "Although frustration with the democratic process has been growing in South Africa, it is more about people's perceptions of how democracy is functioning rather than a rejection of democracy itself. While South Africans are becoming increasingly fed up with the way democracy is being practiced-marked by corruption, inequality, and poor governance-there is still a commitment to the ideals of democracy. The frustration is aimed more at the implementation and the current political landscape rather than the democratic system itself."
@too-hot-to-handle01Күн бұрын
I'm sure many South Africans would agree to a truly democratic process if their conception of it was technically accurate and not warped by their experiences with the ANC
