I'm still laughing at the, "if I had all the money I've spent on tools, I could buy tools!" line you dropped the other day. Keep up the good work.

Hi Ron, as a welder that has cut wood to short , I can absolutely say you can’t weld a small piece of wood to another 😂😂😂, can’t even see the wires, you did a awesome job! See you tomorrow

That's a good point! I guess I'm not a welder! 😉

Nice video Ron! The shows producers want to have a word with you about the Missy segments!
@roncalverley8 күн бұрын
Hi Ted, I know! I have to keep those segments short because she only has so much patience to pose! 😂

Hi Ron, funny coincidence. My clock just changed itself also. Only 15 minutes though. Just enough to mess everything up
@roncalverley9 күн бұрын
I have several clocks that set themselves automatically usually in WWV radio time signal. This was the only one that seemed to get itself really out of whack for some reason. It did work OK last night, so maybe we're back to normal. I hope so anyway! 🤞

I never see Max take off gloves when he comes in! Does he wear gloves when he walks Missy? I know you two young Canadian bucks are tougher than us Texans down here but I couldn't not wear gloves up there! 😂looks great!
@roncalverley10 күн бұрын
Hi Wes, I think it depends on how cold Max is when he comes in and how long he's planning to stay. But he does take off his gloves occasionally.

Just curious, when was the first "Missy and Max" segment?

Hi Ron, Again... I have made a video and sent you an email with a link to show how the 'real' Wire Wrapping tools work.. I have made this video just for you as you really do seem to have misunderstood how these tools work and trying to explain in words does not seem to be working... Best Wishes...

Hello Alex, Thank you for this excellent instructional video that you made for me. You are correct! I did not fully understand how a wire wrapping tool actually worked! Hopefully other viewers will also watch your video.👍👍 kzbin.info/www/bejne/oH2Yd6SDq7uEic0

@@roncalverley 👍 and Ron you can still use the same enamel coated wire you are currently using if you scrape the coating off the last inch and even if you want still solder it! Though I will say that using a small length of 1mm ID heat shrink tube is still easier than soldering.... BUT I will say I have had problems in the past with enamel coated wire shorting and now mostly just stick to the 30 AWG insulated wire which is still only 0.6mm diameter as in most cases its easy enough to hide and is available in both black and white (as well as other colours) which are easy enough to hide. Model On....

Hey Ron, Re 'The Wire Winder'.... Well I think you seem to have totally misunderstood how the real one works!! and it is NOT how you use the one you made! They work so good you don't in fact need solder? Please go and watch some videos on how they work and perhaps you might understand.... Wire wrapping tools have been used for for well over 50 years on virtually every telephone exchange in Canada, North America and World Wide as well as literally hundreds of thousands of development computer systems without the need for solder on the connections...
