I’m so glad I found your YT channel. I’ve been making sourdough bread from 2019, thus my sourdough starter is over 3 years old. I make sourdough waffles, banana bread out of discard. I requested the recipe on FB but the response was that I needed to send you my email. What do you use emails for? I'm just wondering why it's a requirement? Most videos, actually all that I've seen (which is ALOT) just give the recipe in the video...please explain why you need my personal info to share the recipe...?
