Sir I can't thank you enough, I was super confused in mole concept and Avogadro's Constant. My textbook gave just some equations without any good explanation what is mole, one can be 100% sure while hearing your lecture that his/her doubts will be clearly solved.

This was simple and straight to the point. I also use Khan Academy for my math classes, and it's always easy to follow. The color coding definitely helps keep things organized and memorable. Thank you so much.

How does the calculation from avg. atomic mass to g give us Avogadro's Number though?
@AliceYobby3 жыл бұрын
So, the atomic weight of hydrogen is 1 because it has one proton. A mole of protons, would also equal a mole of hydrogen atoms, which would equal 1 gram. Because there are on average, 6.94 protons and neutrons in any amount of Li, a mole of atoms of Li would equal 6.94 grams. However, there are still a mole of protons and neutrons in 1 gram of Li.

Basically memorization and using tables, you don't explain sh*t in terms of how each term came to be and how each element ended up with all those numbers you are using. Teaching based on memorization is like catching a movie towards the end, it's like, what the hell happened here?!
