No one is talking about the part when Casey was supposed to call the other team members to say “hi” on the phone. But instead when she reached the other team members, she didn’t even call them.

That has definitely flown under the radar. The Mole certainly wants somebody to push the button, so they would want both teams actively trying to do so. If Casey's it, that could have been an intentional move.

It's all so confusing and so much fun. Every 10 minutes I change my opinion on who I think the mole is. I've never seen this game before this Netflix season and I'm going to have to find a way to watch the other older seasons! It's riveting!!! I agree with your #1 pick but I also think they could be the mid season red herring. The bank heist challenge was such a big fail that I find it unbelievable the mole would put themselves in such a vulnerable position

Yeah, honestly I was expecting the team to win the money in that challenge to make up for all the money lost to the bid, and that would've been an opportunity for the Mole to play the hero role. But I wonder if once the group put Kesi in such a key position, she just said screw it, you're on your own 🙂

I feel like a mole would of offered at least 2 of the "gold" names and then would either intentionally misread a name or omit that name and feign ignorance.🤷

I agree 100% with your number one pick, but I can't get past the plane in episode 1. It feels like such a massive clue towards Joi even though logic tells me it's way too obvious. But your number one is definitely my number two. This video was awesome by the way.

I agree with your top 2 especially after tonight's episode, one thing I can't wrap my head around is during the prison challenge it shows joi in her cell doing push-ups seemingly in no rush at all with her cell full intact, while everyone else is at least trying or appear to be trying to find something in their cell

Yup, I noticed that. But similarly, Kesi appears to be just playing chess in her cell at one point. One of them (or both of them) were definitely stalling.

Joi not stalling. She could not reach the key. She literally had time on her hands. Kesi failed to see the key. The only person to do so in the two groups. Time delay. Deliberate in my opinion.

@@craigk2644 Plus Kesi asked if Joi she saw anything outside of Kesi’s cell, then looked surprised when Joi said no. That was a clue I caught on my first watch through.

Most likely Kesi. Actually I'm positive. And if the producers were leaving clues (as you've said they've done in previous seasons) then have a look at their promo photo with all standing in front of the plane wreck. There is a Columbian flag with the lettering O-6 160. Who studied at Columbia University? Yip Kesi. Could this be a clue? Could the lettering? She's part of 6 children? She's 6 foot tall? Or am I over thinking this?

I only just started watching this season, I'm convinced the numbers on the plane in the first episode is some kind of hidden clue.

Noticed two weird things with Jacob. He was the only one to eat the whole plate of food and it was supposedly wasabi, while everyone only had bite. Secondly when jacob was driving the others to the resort I saw him mouth something to the camera while Joi was speaking I couldnt make out what it was but you know how they likes leave hints in the episodes. On top of that like you mention he miscounted the bank notes, lost the driving mission, was poor at the swimming mission. He did do well in the prison mission though. Im 60-40 Jacob to Kesi at the moment but its still early. Avori suspects him the most so if she goes I know im probably wrong.

Good observations. It is strange that he ate the whole plate of food, and it does seem like his failures in the swimming mission got overlooked, with most people focused on Greg's lack of help and Will's injury. I will have to rewatch to see if I can make out what he is mouthing to the camera while they were in the car. In the Dutch version, they often show a montage at the end of the season where the Mole says stuff to the camera behind the other player's backs, so that could be what Jacob was doing!

Ah, I see what you're saying but I can't make out the words. Even more suspicious is the editing, which shows a confessional right after that where Jacob says "Everybody has a tell." Maybe his tell was mouthing something to the camera. You could be on to something...

I really think that Avori is the mole. In the bank heist, she put the spot light on Jacob as not counting the money correctly but she could have easily sabotaged him by recounting incorrectly. I think her recounts were the reason they had the wrong amount at the end and not Pranav incorrectly giving the wrong conversions.

In theory this could be right but you also have to think that the final amount had change in it like 10678.50. If they were not given coins, the only way to get half amounts is by conversion rates. Since Avori was only counting American bills, she could not have been the mole. The count had to have been messed up another way. Also, with Jacob being a southern boy (now pointing out) and not good at math, it is fair that he probably messed up the count by accident initially.

Watching the food challenge, I noticed Will claimed his chair early on by resting his hands on the chair as they received their instructions. Also, during the first episode the camera focussed on him when Alex first says to the group, “That person is the mole.” 37:25 min left in episode.

I just watched until the final four. Joi continued with her bs. Claimed to be scared of heights when doing the mountain climbing but no drama being on top of Sydney's highest building Chifley tower. No fear at all. Kosi ? tried to delay time by wanting to go to two area's of syd to find the pigeon's, plus choosing the wrong pigeon's box. Avori delayed time and frankly cost the group the 10k in that particular game. Could not find a phone number on a pizza box. Will did well and Jacob not much but no hinderance to losing cash. Kosi and Avori main ppl in wanting to lose the cash. Joi as much as a money waster she is and self centred individual, I believe she is not the mole. Certainly plenty of moments in which a person would think she is. Not being able to read a map, being a pilot etc. Practically had tears in her eyes during the elmination phase of that particular esp, I think its number 8. Will if he is the mole, i am never watching the mole again. Its either avori or kosi. I believe its Kosi. Btw she is hot. Avori is as much as candidate as Kesi. Flying in the plane, passing the island of the raft twice before the Indian noticed the raft. Plus a few others things she did, including dropping the 02 tank which was needed in a game. All but Will and Kesi played mind games, trying to lead ppl to think they are the mole. Will the main money gainer. Kesi number 1 suspect.

I don't think we should discount Will because the 3 things that stood out to me was he won the groups trust first before anyone else with stealing the money ep 1. How easy of a time would you have as a mole if the very first impression you gave everyone was you are a trustworthy person. Then during the jail break he just so happened to see a ring outside his cell, asked Samara what it was. She said hair tie. Then he doubled down on it by asking her if there was a possibility of a key on it. She said no again. THEN tripled down again asking if there was a key on it. To me I took that as in bro if you have to ask 3 times it's cause you're pretty confident on it... And if you had time to ask 3 times why not just try to retrieve it anyways if your intuition is telling you it's a key ring? Then the third was, you just so happened to tell the group no to Avery on the Heist critical thinker role and put on Keis(whom did terrible). No one questioned you because like I said he made sure he was the most trustworthy person as his first impression.

Yup, you could definitely make a case for Will that his Mole strategy was to build the pot early to gain trust, knowing that the group would bid the money away anyway, and then be in the trusted leader position later to screw things up. He was also the other player in the "good" seat for the explosive lunch, so my argument for Kesi could apply to him as well. Great discussion topic!

Does anyone know if there's meaning to the address on the plane's door in 1st episode, 795 W Sexton? Or in episode 2, the cell block letters, FED? Or names of prisoners in photos: F, Frank, Bill and Frances; E, William, Bill, and Alexander; D, Bill, Malcolm, Frances? In Section 31, people still in game are Joi, Will, Jacob and Kesi; in Section 45, only Avori is left. What about the password, Salvation, is that more meaningful? I have a feeling a lot of clues have been missed.

This is the first season on Netflix. The show was rebooted from a previous version that aired for 5 seasons on ABC in the early 2000's. Some of the old seasons are also currently available for rewatch on Netflix.
