My roommate and best friend at the time Never the Same was about to be released was a guy named Blake Sandifur, who somehow knew AJ and was able to get an advanced copy of the film; I remember us watching Broskow’s section, set to Roni Size’s Dirty Beats, and realizing that Broskow really was something special. Great fucking times.
