As a recovering heroin addict (been clean several years now), I can assure you that death rattles are not exclusive to trauma-related injuries. I’ve sadly heard many iterations of the death rattle when witnessing ODs. Another thing that really upsets me about both certain content creators and KZbin is the amount of videos that have animals suffering or even dying ....just allowing that creates a certain "market" for it and these soul-less KZbinrs often use pictures of highly distressed animals (usually dogs) or animals that are all skin and bone and on their last breath as the freaking Video title gif! What about kids or people who are extremely sensitive to images like that? Another type of video that is sick to allow is live feeding of small animals given to snakes, Tigers, etc. Some bastard had a video of a cayman in a tiny cage with about 15 baby ducks ...and you often can't click off them if they pop up as a short in your feed...

💯 As a former nurse and someone who witnessed my own brother dying from this exact type of injury, it really shook me hearing that. I got dizzy. I know not everyone will agree, but I feel that part should have been muted.

I have a brother myself and thinking of losing him that way makes me feel sick to my stomach and I hate a fellow nurse comrade went through something like that. Your field must have been so fascinating while equally traumatizing! I couldn’t agree more that perhaps it should have been muted - based purely on the chance of a loved one coming across it since this channel is pretty sizeable. @TraditionallyTexan20 күн бұрын
There was no deal to be made. Y'all have to realize they can only do with the information what the law allows. If they had conspired together, that's one thing. If she had deliberately lured him there and antagonized a fight, that's one thing. LEGALLY, she didn't really commit murder or help to commit murder. I'm not saying she was innocent, by any means. But by law, she wasn't responsible. It sucks, yes, but that's how it is. Sometimes the laws are in place to punish AND protect. If something like this happened to you, and you had no intention of harm coming to anyone, but it did anyway, you wouldn't want to be sentenced to life for the same situation, y'know? It's not fair that she got away so lightly, I 100% agree. But again, legally, with evidence, behind a reasonable doubt, she couldn't have been found guilty of much more unfortunately. Even if she had been charged and gone to trial, there's reasonable doubt all over the place. It's beyond difficult to prove intent, and that's what they would've needed to do to get an actual conviction. They would have had to prove she knew what both men would do and that she made it happen. They couldn't have done that here. In the future, if they find more evidence she had more responsibility in the whole thing, then they can bring up charges. But they couldn't do that if they had charged her now with no evidence, double jeopardy. This was, unfortunately, the best way to handle it.

At first they do shit, take a person's life, and when they are detained, they suddenly remember that they have children and it turns out they love their children and worry about how children will be without them. When you have children, you need to always think about your behavior and always remember that you have children.

Can people stop using their children as a shield or excuse for their actions. It’s disgusting when Austin told the officer that micheal was walking in the direction of Riley mothers house and her little brother was there, as of was planned to go there and hurt him. Using children as a reason….. pathetic

Legally, she didn't do much besides hit him. I think she's responsible, yes. But they would have to prove intent, which they wouldn't be able to do without a confession. They simply didn't have enough proof or evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt to get a conviction.

It's called agonal breathing. It's different from a death rattle, which is caused by mucus collecting at the back of the throat. Agonal breathing is the body/brain's very last-ditch effort to stay alive. It's repeated, rhythmic gasps for air.

Unfortunately she didn't LEGALLY do much wrong besides hit him. They would have to prove intent, which is almost impossible without a confession, and she'll never confess. Not to police anyway. They just didn't have enough to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that she held more responsibility in her role. They wouldn't have gotten a conviction. And double jeopardy would prevent them from charging her in the future is she ever does something like admits more to a cell mate, or future boyfriend, or jail call to her kids' father. This way, if something does happen I. The future, they can still charge her. So let's just hope she is as dumb as she seems and slips up sometime.

I used to be jealous of girls like her, for having guys going after her and fighting for her. I just realized she is easy and those dudes are low value. Doesnt mean the other friend had to die. Low value doesnt mean unworthy of living.
@TraditionallyTexan20 күн бұрын
I had two guys fight over me once, briefly.. and actually kinda comedically. Even so, It was not enjoyable. In hindsight also, they're not really fighting over you, they're fighting each other. It seems like it's not really about "whoever wins gets the highest prize in all the land- the girl" it was more "you think you're bigger, better, more attractive, have better woman getting skills than me? How dare you?" and you just happen to be the meat prize at the end of the "who's Johnson is bigger" contest. It took me a little while to understand what the feeling even was. It was the feeling of being worthless. I had never felt that up until then.. many, MANY times afterwards for other reasons lol. But something about that always stayed with me and made me feel an undiagnosable feeling of .. sadness? I'm still not even sure.

I thought so too until I met a girl in that situation, and it’s not fun. Seeing how anxious she is whenever we go out, having to look over her shoulder all the time for her own safety (one of the dudes apparently have issues and would follow her around, being jealous over another dude who was into her too while she never entertained them) I’m glad for having just my man fighting for me lol
