@@TaniaAlemide Ultimately you're not proven guilty on what the police think about you, but rather what evidence they have, they can be 100% sure you're the culprit but if there's no evidence there's no way for you to get convicted. If you talk you may be able to make the police think you're not the culprit (potentially turning their attention elsewhere), but anything you've said could be used to build a case against you if they decide you're most likely the culprit, and that's the best case, in the worst case you could (and very likely would) make yourself look more guilty. If you however choose to lawyer up then you may look more guilty, but there's no way for you to accidentally incriminate yourself.

IDK about the rest of you, but I find it disturbing how the police seems to actively try to trick the suspect into waiving their 5th amendment rights. There's always a part in these videos where the narrator says "now the police does this and that so the suspect doesn't ask for a lawyer", as if the Constitution is some nuisance and the police skirts around to follow the letter of it instead of respecting its spirit. If and actual criminal confesses because of it that's good, but I think there's a reason why we have those rights to begin with. It's a fact that plenty of innocent people go to prison (provably innocent, as in people who are later proven innocent), and I have a feeling this police tactic has a lot to do with it
@lilylin1199

@@exantiuse497 to an extent you're right, but the majority of false imprisonment is negligence with evidence, scummy attorneys, and racism/sexism :// I think out of everything the detectives do, skirting around the 5th amendment is within their right. They say clear as day that at any point the suspect can stop and call an attorney, sometimes they say it multiple times and have the suspect repeat it back to them. It's just another tactic imo

Men get stupid drunk all the time, and they don't get told not to in case they become victims of a crime, yet women are told to change their behavior all the time which simply isn't fair nor equal. Instead of focusing on what victims can do differently, like not living their lives to the fullest or limiting their freedom, we need to take a serious look at the predatory men who target women and what we can do to address the source of the problem.

@@hazard3483 Thats what my first post was all about. People constantly confuse it when i read the internet. Even some psychologists repeat this bollocks. Narcissist has no ego. He has no sense of self importance in this world. He has no identity at all... Someone with a big ego would have a very specified identity, quite a narrow one in a good sense. Also quite closed boundaries whereas a narcissist does not have any personal boundaries. You can approach him and insult him or spit in his face on the street and.... you will see no reaction. He doesnt have dignity, he doesnt feel offened (although he feels humilliated). Someone with big ego today, also had many friends in the past, there were many events that created memories. A narcissist? There were no event in his childhood, he had no friends (0 exactly). He was abused entire childhood by his narcissistic parents and bullied by his peers. He was completely isolated. This is how you create a narcissist. To be more specific , THE ONLY reason that made someone a narcissist is isolation. There is no other reason for developing this disorder. No general abuse can make you a narcissist. No mental, no verbal, no sexual. ONLY lack of contacts with people from an early age. I will quote one of the psychologist : "an ego does not develop in a vacuum". That just proves that what i write is correct. You cannot develop without interaction with other people... Narcissism is not just another disorder, it is not even another personality disorder. It is a development disorder in a way. You are stuck in a limbo, without an identity. This is also the reason this disorder is 100% permanent. No there is no cure and there will be none even in 1000 years. Once you are a narcissist, thats is. Game over. None of us have a time machine. Last thing that i wouldto repeat-someone that has a really big ego IS NOT capable of doing really evil things. Only those without an ego or with a "broken ego" are. Narcissist has no ego, psychopath has no ego. Borderlines have "broken ego" but they are not too far gone, not in a limbo. They can recover. Any other things that you would like to discuss?

That physical evidence, DNA, wouldn’t be considered circumstantial in the case of assault, because it doesn’t require inference to connect it to a fact. A fingerprint on a table might be, because you don’t know when it was placed. Skin cell DNA on the crotch of her costume is direct evidence. It speaks for itself. You cannot infer any possibility that doesn’t involve direct contact. The only way it is circumstantial is in relation to the murder.

Like Oh no, you're having a panic attack because you're being questioned about that girl that you took advantage of, and then you brutally murdered her (which most likely caused her immense suffering and fear before she finally stopped feeling anything), hid her body and left her to decompose, all the while her loved ones were going through terrible pain not knowing where she is and what happened to her?! Even though you could've just walked away without hurting her?! Poor you! I feel soooo sorry for you experiencing anxiety! That guy is a waste of space and oxygen.
