About that time is when i stopped watching their content. I used to be a Shaytard but I can't support that kind of behavior. I'm glad they made it through it or whatever but that innocence and close family feel will forever be gone at least for me and thats why I used to watch. It sort of helped ease the pain I was going through when my mom and dad divorced. Ironically for the same reason. It was kind of like going through it twice. After came the heroin and the meth because at least those two things never let you down like the adults you look up to in life do.

You know people can judge him and crucify him and by no means does he not deserve to be held accountable for his mistakes but everyone makes mistakes. How many of many of your fathers or mothers cheated on the other parent? How many of your fathers abused your mom physically or emotionally? How many of y'all don't even know your father because he left and went about his own life? At least he never gave up on his kids. It's wrong what he did but coming from someone who's experienced my Dad doing the same thing to my Mom, I don't love my Dad any less than I did before and I've learnt over the years to forgive him. My Dad is a human and he is allowed to make mistakes. As long as we learn from our mistakes and forgive ourselves so we can move forward, then there is always room for a shot at redemption.

This happened in 2017. Why are people still bringing this up? I think they posted a picture on their Instagram years ago of them both naked but covered (Shay and his wife) you saw her bones, she was so unhealthily skinny and Shay who previously lost a ton of weight and somewhat muscular back to his larger self. She didn’t eat or threw up (she always wears baggy clothes to cover this). He went back to drinking and unhealthy habits. The caption was something like both ends of the extreme or something. They were both unhappy. Probably for awhile. Their KZbin channel most likely kept them going. I don’t really know their faith but I think it’s pretty faithful in its belief in marriage. No divorce. So they made it work however they did. It’s their business. Again, news in 2017. I saw this pop up and thought something happened again. No just the same text to the cam girl years ago.
