have you connected the v5 to another monitor with the HDMI output to watch the internal recording footage? i connected it to another monitor and its a loop out no worries. but when i reproduce the recorded material it will only show on the v5 screen not on the other one connected via HDMI.

I wanna know more about the recording and the codex it uses.. that's not a fast sd card so I'm guessing no prores raw high bitrate

Oh no. I rarely use my atomos recorder to record prores unless it’s for a client. Other than that the monitor has way more features and tools than most monitors

To the monitor that depends on the sd card. I don’t record to the monitor so, i can’t answer that. But i will check it out for you
