The obvious reason why most of these aren't in the game right now is because they only made them work well enough within the constraints of the pre-made stages. It's incredibly likely they'll show up as DLC, mark my words on this.

I was seriously pissed when i did my first Toad mission. Not because you can't use them in creator (i only just realised with this video) but because they don't work like in NSMBW the Toad rescues there were annoying but challenging. That game revolved aeound the grab mechanic but SMM2 just decides "U is better" despite being a clear cintradiction of the laws of the Universe, which is now ashamed of it's first letter.

Too be fair, carrying the toads sucked ass lmao. You couldn’t do twirls or wall jumps, you have to just carry them. It still sucks in this game, but it’s slightly better. Also I am kind of happy the roads aren’t available. Escort missions suck ass.
