I am from Malabar. This is fact. Here was a well in Malappuram district, called Thuvvur well, where 40 poor Hindus are burried alive. Recently a popular front leader baught that land and distroyed the remainings. You can see the parts of distroyed temples across malabar. Its pathetic we still consider this genocide and atrocities as part of India's freedom fight. No Britishers were killed in the Mopla khilafat riot in malabar, but poor Hindus lost lives.

Atrocities have been done by people or group of people on another person or group since the beginning of mankind for one reason or another but the primary reason is economic i.e. to get the land, wealth & women of the other group. The problem become more serious when the holy books of any of the group ratifies or supports or encourage such atrocities against the other group, then it is seen as holy war and the group doing the atrocities do not have any guilt & not only that they will that their God will reward them in heaven also for killing the other group. When a Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, Jain or Sikh community does any atrocities they do so by going against their holy books because non of their holy books ratifies or supports killing of non believers but that is not the case with the muslims. To be fair the major of muslim population do not do it but their leaders can use the written word to incite violence on other groups. It is not the common man but the religious & political leaders who create trouble for their own selfish reasons

Very interesting vdo. Hindus must wake up and remain ready to destroy any motive or movement by minorities to overpower the majority in India. Of course, Hindus must protect the rights of the minorities, but any unjustified movement by the minorities to imbalance the country must be appropriately handled. Hindus in general are very tolerant group, but their identities and culture must be preserved. Countries outside India might try to disturb the growth and stability of India by instigating the minorities, but India has to have appropriate strategies to tackle such ill motivated efforts.

Sandeep's response against the incident is as clumsy as Mopilah Rebellion / Massacre against the British suppression. In fact the story is a big lesson how horrendously it can go out of hand if we blend politics and religion.
