Re: holding grudges...sometimes they do know what's going on and the damage they caused, but they're going to keep living their lives, that's why you have to keep doing the same...let it go and keep it moving!

Nedra, thank you so much for your videos. I found you on Pinterest and loved the lists I saw attributed to you such as "You cannot move on until you accept..." I find your content to be excellent. I have shared your information w/some of my own clients ( I am a therapist, too.) I LOVE that you talk about not controlling others. I too have had countless numbers of people come to visit me asking me to help them 'convince' another person to do something, see something, change something. This seems to be what brings many people (especially women) into therapy. Sorry, you can't change another person, but you CAN inspire them. Truth!!

3 ppl have called me immature when I was 24/25. I'll be 27 soon. Those people where all 30+ years older than me. Do they mean I'm immature for my age or compared to them? Honestly I think they were judging me when I was going through something difficult.
@TheMeghajoshi2 жыл бұрын
Ask them in which way I m immature nd solution to it, if they can't it's just putting others down.
